Refused to deliver to Northern Ireland other than at an exorbitant delivery charge. Not impressed.

I ordered a dinning table and chairs on 24trh June and when I ordered and paid cash realized in my email it didn't give a delivery date, so I phoned spoke to Ali who was very rude had no interest in helping and said would get ware house to call me even though he didn't take my information I also Asked for a email to be sent with all the relevant information to which I never received either. I phoned back later got a different advisor who was so helpful apologized for his behavior and sent me a email with expected delivery date of 4th August,
Yesterday evening goes back on website to see that the table and chairs I ordered are back in stock for immediate express delivery, so I phone up to ask about my order. only to get Ali again who informs me he is the manager that its not due till august when I inform him about his web page stating there are in stock he get abusive says that they are not available and when you pay for the table you then get informed of this. which is false advertising.
Ali would not let me speak when I told him how unhappy I was with the whole service and would like a refund he goes on about where his store is based and that I wont get it earlier any where else, I insist on a refund only for Ali to hang up on me and now I'm very concerned regarding the money I've paid.
Be very carful when ordering of this company as they take your money and once they have it Ali the manager has no interest in helping solve any issues you may have.

Really nice bed and great price, pity this company can't be more realistic with their delivery quotes.

The item advertised on the website turned out to be out of stock and discontinued. The refund came through quickly but the item should never have been offered for sale

Garden item ordered March 2021,was supposed to be in stock.I got email to say would I wait until May,I said yes but got no response from then onwards.May came no order arrived.
I tried to ring,email and message company and got no response so I had to claim a Debit card charge back with my bank.I didn’t know you could claim this on debit card as only thought it was with a credit card!I have got my money back and really do not recommend this company from my own experience.

Our delivery arrived but was too big to go into the house the driver and his mate were very helpful and the told us which dining table that would fit in the same style and material ( marble ) the company agreed to swap unfortunately the table we ordered was more expensive than the replacement but we still had a £100 to pay for shipping and returning the old one.
All in all a reasonable service. Hence 4stars. Probably would go to a shop in future rather than online.

So far the service has been great, we haven't received our goods yet but we are expecting it in a few days

Great product and delivered within time limit

Delivery was late and customer services one was poor and the other excellent. The chair is called Nice and that’s what it is nice.

I ordered some garden furniture that showed in stock delivery within 5-10 working days that was in March. As soon as I ordered it they emailed me telling me it was out of stock but delivery would be beginning of May.

it’s now June 24th i could have ordered from someone else and it would have been delivered by now.

i email them always the same response it’s coming will be in the country by X date it’s never here. so frustrating.

Excellent service, arrived securely packaged, not set it up yet but i've taken it out of the box to inspect the items due to it being chrome and glass and all was ok. Would recommend.

Really really happy with my new sideboard, cannot fault quality or looks , the only thing we cursed about the instructions weren’t that clear so took longer to put together, but despite that extremely happy with it and the wows we’ve had from odd visitors

Lovely furniture, all the screws were present, fast delivery, would order from here again

The web site said furniture in stock so was surprised to be informed of 10-12 week delivery.

Did not deliver within the delivery time stated and weeks later no joy from customer service who were very unprofessional on the phone. Asked for a refund. I’m hoping this is sorted as soon as possible. Misleading and unprofessional company.

They advertised 3-5 days delivery initially, we paid and then they emailed to say it will take about 4 weeks instead. I accepted the wait time on the condition they would commit to this and make sure I get my order when they said I would, but guess what happened next? They made us wait and at the end of all this they emailed to say the item is out of stock (weeks after order and correspondence). Just pure incompetence on doing basic business and delivering customer service. Misleading information and let downs is what you’ll get from 1st Furniture. You’ll get 1st class disappointment with no furniture at the end of it!
