Have been sent the wrong first aid kit which I urgently need for brownie camp. They do not pick up the phone or reply to messages! Have had to buy extra elsewhere.

Amazing service
The product I ordered was delivered to the wrong place so I sent an email asking for an explanation and they were very helpful, immediately admitted that there was a fault in the system that caused the problem and sent out a free replacement very quickly. The product is also exactly as pictured and very high quality
