Have been sent the wrong first aid kit which I urgently need for brownie camp. They do not pick up the phone or reply to messages! Have had to buy extra elsewhere.

Slings ok but I paid more than £7 for next day postage. They didn’t arrive and I contacted them to ask what happened. No reply.

Customer service on the phone could not have been more helpful and friendly, I'd just missed the 'cut off' for next day delivery but wanted some foil blankets for a collection that was going to the Poland-Ukraine border the day after. They arrived the next day and exactly as described.
