I honestly can’t fault the service I received from Sam Lane at The Branded Company.

We came to Sam with a very tight turnaround and a fairly specific brief, and from the start he was incredibly helpful, responsive and proactive. When our original product option wasn’t going to work, Sam immediately looked for alternatives, spoke directly with his suppliers, arranged for a sample to be sent out and kept everything moving without me having to chase.

There were a few tweaks and challenges with the artwork along the way, and Sam was fantastic at working through them with us, turning around proofs quickly and making sure we were happy before anything went into production. He even spotted details that could have easily been missed and checked them with us first.

What really stood out was how accommodating he was with our deadline. Sam did what he could to keep production moving so we had the best possible chance of receiving everything in time.

I contacted The Branded Company after being unable to get hold of We Brand It, who had made some trolley coins for my Mum’s 70th last year. I wanted to order some more for my cousin, who is arranging a surprise 70th birthday party for her Mum.

I spoke with Muzi, and he was brilliant from start to finish. I showed him what I had ordered for my Mum last year, including what I wasn’t completely happy with, and he immediately understood what I was looking for and said he could sort it.

I sent him the quote I had received from the other company last year, and he matched it for the new trolley coins. He sent over a proof, which I passed on to my cousin. She wanted something a little different to my Mum’s, particularly as the original ones were black with engraving on the back, which I hadn’t been completely happy with.

Muzi’s design had a black background with raised yellow-gold enamel, including her name, date and birthday number on the front. My cousin preferred a white background, so we changed that, and Muzi suggested a different shade of gold. He sent over new proofs and my cousin was much happier with the finished design.

What really impressed me was that Muzi did everything he said he would. I needed the trolley coins to arrive before 22nd August, and he confirmed they would arrive on the 14th. I honestly thought that was ambitious, especially as I needed them delivered directly to London rather than to my address in Nottingham, but he sorted everything.

They arrived on the 14th, exactly as promised! 🙌

I’m really impressed with the service, communication and attention to detail from Muzi and The Branded Company. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when needed and, most importantly, delivered exactly when he said he would.
