We ordered 4 radiators and a towel rail. Updates from company from order to delivery was spot on.

We did have a problem with one of the radiators. I spoke to Shannon who was fantastic. She arranged a courier to collect the faulty one and replace with a new with no challenge or hassle.

Radiators themselves are great. Look amazing, warm nicely and the app is easy to use.

Easy to order. Just a small delay with delivery but kept informed the whole time. The radiator works really well in a garden room which has always been cold.

Fire is good quality and looks great in our lounge. Has a nice flame when lit. Gives off a nice heat too. Only little thing is there’s no way of controlling the flame or burn time as there’s no sliding baffles to control it but I use a metal disc to partially close the gap on the burner. Overall very impressive fire.

Fireplace was easy to construct I have severe arthritis and am a
elderly woman and I did this on my own.
The knob on the fire was broken and I requested a replacement which arrived the next day. So in all I was impressed. The fireplace looks really lovely.

Remote works extremely well. You literally plug electric cylinder stove in and your away.!
Heat settings are excellent. Controllable via remote AND manually on the fire itself (controls are unseen, as they are hidden well, inside the fire, behind the door itself.)
Setting up the crystals/log and ash for that log fire 🔥 look was easy to follow in the manual and I must say, the finnished look when fire is illuminated is top drawer....very life like.!

Even a quick e mail queerie was answered within the hour.
Delivery was within 2 days of order. Again, professional and polite and helpful once at the house.

Providing quality stuff at good prices. Brilliant electric “log fire”. Just like the real thing, plenty of warmth but no bringing in the logs or cleaning fire place. Yeah!

The fire surround was good and easy to construct.
One of the parts for the 3" rebate was broken. Fortunately I wanted the 1" rebate option, otherwise I would have had to return the product.
