The surround
The surround, stove and lintel was as expected nicely made. The downside was the instructions for putting together weren’t informative enough and made it longer to put together.

Poor delivery
Poor delivery. I paid for delivery but ended up collecting from a shop. Had to pay for a taxi to collect we have no car and we are in our 80's..
What do you say about that?

Adam New England Fireplace with Aviemore Stove
I ordered the Adam New England Fireplace with Aviemore Stove. The surround itself looks nice however for the price I would have expected better quality. The hearth pad scratches easily. The stove itself broke after only 3 days - the temperature dial snapped off. Whilst customer service did send a replacement straight away they were unable to change the address which meant I had to use annual leave to ensure I was home to accept delivery. Overall not a great experience.

Easy ordering and good product.
Easy to place the order and advised on delivery date.
Initial fire received had a faulty switch which was replaced without any issues within a week.
They need to sort out the delivery team as the second fire was delivered upside down (which I knew from the labels). Thankfully the fire is packaged really well.

Tv panel damaged in transit 2x and no response
Ordered a media wall package and it arrived a day late and damaged then the replacement was sent and again arrived a day late and damaged that was on Saturday the 20th and it’s no Monday the 23rd and I’ve still to receive any kind of message back from my email and phone calls just ringing out there operating hours are Saturday and Sunday and aim to respond within 24 hours I’m extremely unhappy with this as my client is still without there tv back panel
