Ordered a heater that arrived within two days.Unfortunately i could not use it manually which was what I needed.Contacted the company and the heater is due to be picked up and returned for a refund.Excellent service.

Love the fire place delivered quickly and well packed so no damage
I am 75 years old and my friend 85 years old both women and she came round Sunday and we put it together less than an hour just got to screw to wall brilliant so yes very happy thankyou

Everything I hoped for…
It's the 1st time I've shopped with Fireplace World UK but it was a pleasure - their website is very easy to navigate with plenty of choice at competitive prices and all the online advice I needed prior to making my purchase. Delivery was next working day with tracking and updates provided in the meantime. It couldn't have been more straightforward. Biofuel log burner
Ordering was easy, I had to pay in full even though there was a delay with stock, however the date they gave for delivery was spot on. (about 4 wks later). I love the fire, it work perfectly with my Victorian style house and even friends that have visited many times thought it was a real log burner I’d had installed! So it looks authentic. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because you need to add half a litre of biofuel for it to light properly and then it burns for approximately 3-4 hours. You can’t add less if you only want to burn for say for just one hour. It’s also tricky to pour the fuel into the funnel without spilling some onto the stove. (however I’ve become better with practice and I have numb fingers atm following chemo!) also it’s expensive, however a lot cheaper than installing a real log burner. The biofuel has also increased in price so better to buy in bulk. Overall. I love it! & I would recommend!

Highly Recommend
The whole process was excellent from ordering to delivery. Radiator was well packaged, fits perfectly and was easy to put on wall. It looks great and provides adequate heat at bottom of staircase in a previously chilly spot.

Less efficient …
This fire was to replace exact same and the element is not as efficient in producing heat as the previous one.
