The fireplace arrived quickly but…..
The fireplace arrived quickly. But….. the box arrived very damaged and collapsed on opening.
The fire itself isn’t what we wanted but as the box was not reusable we have no other option but to keep it.
I wanted more of a flame this isn’t, it’s just a glow
I am very disappointed with this but have no choice but to use it

Usless delivery company
Never received my order, I believe it was dispatched but the courier could not find our address not sure they even tried, other deliveries find us we don't live on the moon......useless

Not just a two man job
Not clear enough how heavy the top unit is to lift off the pallet and more over to lift to such a height on to the wall
