Very quick and efficient
Very quick and efficient. I ordered 2 radiators but when received i realised they were too big. I emailed and got avery fast reply , I got a free return label and a full refund without any questions. I then ordered 3 more smaller radiators and they arrived fast and with easy and pin point tracking... definitely will recommend and use fireplace world again 👌

Excellent product and great service
Excellent product and great service, love the look and feel of the new fire. Sceptical at first as to the heat output but pleasantly surprised how much heat it actually produces. It's a shame you can not use the fireproof log set as other bio ethanol fireplace's are capable of.

Fire surround is brilliant
Fire surround is brilliant . All good except for a mark in the centre of the mantlepiece. My craftsman who was doing the fitting suggested that I send it back for replacement but I decided it would involve too much stress for me …..so it remains . Otherwise my choice of fire surround has been wonderful . Love the style .
