I received great service in store today. I went in to get my watch batteries replaced under the lifetime purchase cover I have on them, although there was a bit of confusion at the start... I thought each one was listed on their system by each make, and would easily stand out as to when the last battery was replaced, however it was explained that this was not the case but that they could probably work it out from the battery numbers. The Colleague said they would look at each one and quickly worked it out, then relayed to me and got all three replaced. They were also happy to advise regarding best cleaning options; the entire service was in a warm and friendly manner that I could not fault. I would recommend this shop to others for the service.

We were having trouble finding a mens ring in a size o. We found the ring on your website and had it delivered to your Derby store , and paid in store. The assistant was professional and polite. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you

I would like to say how impressed I was with the service I received during my recent visit to F. Hinds Taunton.

The member of staff who served me was excellent. The watches were new to the store, but her knowledge of the products was very good. She was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout. She never rushed me, allowing me plenty of time to look at as many watches as I wanted before making my decision.

Her approach made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed, and I felt under no pressure whatsoever.

I eventually purchased two Seiko Prospex Speedyimer watches, both of which I am extremely pleased with.

Excellent customer service and a real credit to F. Hinds. I hope her efforts and the excellent service she provided are recognised.

Staff offered help as soon as I walked through the door and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

After checking twice to see if our watch was covered by the lifetime replacement service and interrogation of there computer system we were told that it was as we thought but was not immediately evident so well done for the thorough checking.

Having shopped there on Tuesday 27th October, I had a lovely surprise when paying. The lovely sales girl advised me that as I had spent over £50, I would be given a £10 gift card to spend before Christmas! With money being so tight these days it was brilliant timing.

Staff at the Gt Yarmouth alway extremely helpful…..as they were today. I go to this shop because i trust them - and that's jmportant.
