Took a ring in for repair due to the shank breaking. Got the ring back after repair and the diamond was missing. The company took no responsibility for this and refused to replace it. We had to pay to replace this ourselves. It has since fallen out again and the company again refuse to replace the diamond. The customers services team have no care about this and neither do the director or owners team. Very poor customer service.

Bought a silver wedding band and received the worst customer service off the manager in the Newbury branch. We went in to complain that the wedding ring we bought from them was tarnished and was scratched after a few days of having it. The manager said before any examination “we cannot give any refund or exchange then she said it looks like blistering on the surface” she took it out the back to polish, came back and she said to her colleagues he’s obviously knocked it against something and when my partner questioned her about the comment she ignored him and walked straight past him to another customer. The ring is still with head office and no resolution. Absolutely appalling customer service. We will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. We have since use another company to buy another ring and received wonderful service.

The staff were great taking our money, but the very expensive earrings we bought for our daughter turned out to be poor quality. They were so poor that one fell out of her ear while she was wearing them.
According to Hinds, we must have ran over it with a steam roller, three times, to cause that much damage. Yet there was an obvious clean break, which clearly showed it was just poor quality merchandise.
They refused a refund and we are now having to go through the bother of a legal battle. It’s a nightmare, for trusting a nightmare company.
Be warned, they are not nice after they have taken your money.

All staff were polite nothing was to much. A nice smile warm welcome. I wanted new batteries in 2 watches Was asked to call back to the shop in 30 minutes, returned after 25 minutes both watches were ready paperwork done

Took my watch in for a battery, they tried to get the old one out without undoing a screw and knackered the movement. Would not admit to it and I had to pay another company £80 to get it repaired. Will never purchase from them again, they have been our preferred jewellers for many years and the watch came from them originally.

They were very efficient. I have used the shop here in Bristol for quite a few years now.
Our watches are all on the battery scheme and I bought my Grandson a Hugo Watch from them. His name is Hugo

Informative staff (thank you Lana and Dawn - Hull) who were genuinely helpful and wanted us to walk away with wedding rings that suited us and that we were 100% happy with. They made our wedding ring shopping experience truly special, excellent customer service!

Absolutely appalling after sales service. Have never been addressed in 70 years in the way I was emailed by their advisors. Would never purchase anything from this Jewellers ever again. If anything goes wrong you’re stuck with it they don’t want to know shame on you.

We visited your Lakeside store in Grays and were served by Julie W. My, what a star! She couldn’t have been happier, it was such a lovely, pleasant experience as she was just as excited as us! Ended up buying 2 rings, a watch, a pair of earrings and cleaning solution 😅 All the staff were lovely and chatty, very helpful too! But Julie definitely stood out 😍 it was like shopping with your best friend ❤️

The lady I spoke to was super helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. Smiled throughout, was super professional and sold me two Christmas bags to put the purchases in. She upsold really well and I felt I could trust her. I had a great experience and I left feelinf that I had been taken care of. She gavevwhat a great customer experience should look like.

The shop is very welcoming, and you are greated by a friendly member of staff.

There is no one cohersing you to purchase items you don't want. Nothing is to much trouble for them
