Bradford Broadway - Great Service!

I was very warmly welcomed by SAIMA with a Beautiful Smile in Bradford Broadway.

I was set on buying a certain item but with her help and input I opted for a better one in the end.

Also went out of her way to make sure my items were wrapped perfectly.

Dishonest company

On 12th March 2026,I placed online order for 2 citizen men watches. The Order Number: 583105, delivered on time.
Unfortunately one of the watches (Citizen AW0110-82L Stainless Steel Eco-Drive Bracelet Watch - W38244), was not in brand new condition. It's used condition and delivered without a user manual nor a catalogue of the watch.
They also, did not publish the review I wrote on their website because I mentioned their poor service.
I will not be spending my money here again.
Please avoid this Bag of S*** for piece of mind

Made very welcome by the staff , Such knowledge about the beautiful rings that i tried on certainly knew the product knowledge the customer service was excellent,was so pleased with my purchase Will definitely visit the store again when I'm back in Coventry

If this review stops 1 person from spending their money with this awful company, then I will have succeeded. This is a long one but please do read as I hope it deters you from this company therefore saving you your time and money! I have purchased 2 things from this company. Both were the worst quality jewellery pieces I have ever purchased, and I wear 8 ring, 2 necklaces, a watch and 4 bracelets all day every day. The first item was a necklace that was purchased in 2022, it was around my neck for a few hours when it broke the first time. I took it back to store where the staff sent it off to be fixed under guarantee as they agreed that there was a fault, it was fixed and returned to me 4 weeks later. After wearing it for only 2 or 3 days it then broke a second time in a very different place. It fell from around my neck, landing on the table while I was eating. Their opinion was that I had pulled it, which I hadn’t, they refused to give me a refund and made me pay to have it fixed. After weeks of arguing with the claims/complaints department I eventually paid the fee and have chucked the piece of rubbish necklace in my jewellery box never to be worn again. So, a massive waste of my time and money. I should have learnt my lesson the first time but, the second item was an anklet purchased in 2026. An anklet that I had on for a total for 8 days. I was told I could wear it all the time just take it off to sleep, which I did. When it broke, it simply fell off my ankle and ended up in my shoe, I had not touched it. I took it to store and spoke with the manager who was rude and aggressive insisting that “jewellery doesn’t just fall off” despite the fact that this is exactly what had happened—and exactly what had happened with the previous item I bought in 2022 which was confirmed by the member of staff at the time. So I took it to a different store hoping to find a more understanding and polite manager, when I explained the situation to him saying that it hadn’t been pulled and had been worn as instructed, he told me “but sometimes you get bruises and don’t know how” as an excuse, again blaming me for their awful quality. So, I sent this item off to be inspected too but this time they agreed that the metal used to make the anklet was faulty, however I was then told that I couldn’t get a refund and that I needed to change it for something else that I don’t want and probably won’t wear as I’m sure it will probably break just like the 2 previously mentioned items. I looked online and they had nothing that I was interested in so we called again to see if they would reconsider a refund as the item was faulty. I had to wait for the person on the phone to contact head office and call back, luckily this time it was good news, and I have been told I can have a refund however this has still been a huge waste of my time. The anklet was bought in January, and it is now APRIL meaning that the process to get a refund has taken well over 2 months. In total I have wasted over £500 with this company, and I will not be spending my money here again. Ever. 2 pieces of jewellery, neither lasting longer than 10 days. Failing under normal wear. Surely this cannot be the quality that F.Hinds is willing to uphold. PLEASE DON’T BUY HERE.
