they live up to bad reviews, charge more than a dealership !
quoted 770 to replace a rear caliper bracket and do rear brake pads, they said my caliper bracket is special and costs 485, a full caliper set at nissan is only 550 and they dont sell the bracket seperate. got a mechanic to do the bracket ,cost 50 by the way , rear discs and pads for 270 all in . the AA originally took my car to this garage and they live up to their reviews total overcharge to the point the AA refused to pay for any work, and handed my car back to me to sort out but not at this place.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.
To clarify the situation, your vehicle was recovered to us by the AA following an attempted rear brake pad replacement carried out prior to arriving with us. We were asked to inspect the vehicle and provide a report on our findings.
During our inspection, we found that a bolt had snapped in the caliper carrier and there appeared to have been an attempt to drill it out, which unfortunately caused further damage to both the caliper and the carrier. These findings were documented and reported directly to the AA.
As advised, the caliper carrier required is only available through the main dealer. In line with our standards and safety policy, we would not fit used braking components to a customer’s vehicle.
Your vehicle remained with us for over a week after the inspection report and quotation had been completed before it was recovered elsewhere.
We would also like to address the statement regarding overcharging. The quotation provided was based on genuine quality parts and the correct repair procedure to ensure the vehicle was repaired safely and to a professional standard, particularly given the previous damage identified.
We are more than happy to resend all inspection evidence, photographs, and a full breakdown of the quotation should you wish to review everything in detail.
If there is anything further we can assist with, please do not hesitate to contact us. We kindly ask that you consider amending your review so it accurately reflects the circumstances surrounding the repair.

Took in my T6 to get full new all around tyres fitted and alloys replaced to a different size. They sorted it all out with ease, even finding VW centre caps to fit new wheels. Tracking was all sorted for new alloys too.
