Absolute nonsense. 3 days back-to-back they messaged and promised delivery in Kranj during the day, then no calls, no messages, just by the end of the day they messaged that they failed to deliver, same story next day, support is useless, they can't even reach their courier. What a nonsense! How is it possible?!

They are unprofessional and they didn’t deliver my package

Slabše kurirske službe nisem še zasledil. Kurirji naše pakete oddajo na drugih naslovih, in zabeležijo kot dostavljane!?!
Česa podobnega še nisem doživel od kuriske službe. Prvič sem mnenje izbrisal na prošnjo zaposlene v tem podjetju, saj so zadevo uredili. Sedaj ko so mi 4x paket označili kot dostavljen, čerpav paketa nisme prejel žal vam priporočam samo izogib tej kurirski službi v kolikor je to mogoče.

Niti enkrat paket ni bil dostavljen na naš naslov, ampak ga vedno pustil pri sosedih (vedno drugje). Na telefon za stranke se ne oglasijo, nite ne pokličejo nazaj. Kurir nikoli ne pokliče.

Paket ni bil dostavljen.
Kurir ni poklical niti poslal sms.

Their delivery guys are rude.. They never deliver in time and they mark the delivery as unsuccessful saying thare you're not at home when in reality you're all day home.
Few weeks ago I marked on their website to leave my package at a local petrol station when the guy called me he has the package I told him that I'm not home and that I chose to leave the package on Petrol and he replied that he's not going in the city center just because of that and that he'll deliver it some other day.

Just horrible.
I found my package at the terrace of my neighbor. All wet. The Christmas present is broken because of you.
I am really angry. I was all day home and you are so lacy to bring it to my door 😡 i paid for a good service and that is what i got 😡😤that is the second time i had a problem with your service.

It is impossible to establish contact with the company in any way. I have no idea where my package is, which was allegedly attempted to be delivered unsuccessfully, which is a complete lie because there was no such attempt. Such companies should not exist at all. I am interested in what state institutions are doing in regarding the control of the operations of such companies? I am not sure that the Austrian owner is aware of what is happening in this company.

Absolute disaster and a joke of a shipping company. The courier was rude and completely unprofessional when calling me and insisted to leave my package 30 km away from the address they were supposed to deliver to. My parcel was not delivered at all. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Disaster shipping company. If you can do not order with them. Do not cooperate with them. Delivery attemps that it seems like you are not at home. Actualy they just did not have time to deliver the item. Item still not delivered after 20days of first attempt. No response over email, telephone or their website contact form. Avoid or not order at all. I stopped using aliexpress because of bad shipping experiences multiple times.

Disaster. My package is at there center for 15days. I tried to contact them for 3 days now nobady is picking up the phone i write them email no answer.

I had problems with 2 deliveries in the past month.
The first package was delayed for more than a week after getting notified each day that the delivery will happen from 8:00-18:00.
The second package was lost, never delivered, but the delivery guy supposedly delivered it and faked the signature.

There is no proper way to arrange a change of date/address, the courier asked me to text her to change the delivery.

The next courier called me and asked me if he can leave the package with the receptionist because it's raining. I had to ask him to drive 100m further to the door where I'd be waiting.
When he finally arrived he took 5 minutes of literally shuffling through the packages throwing them around the car, searching for mine.

Worst delivery service in Slovenia. It is a shame for Austrian post (the owner).
Their site is under construction for Months. In 2022 - really? How can you start the bussines without main connditions? Amateurs! They were not able to fix picking points (for exaple at petrol stations) -also for Months. I think noone wants to cooperate with this crap delivery service. The package is 2x put in a van for delivery - but noone came. All you get at msg at Viber and an e-mail. Where is a package - you have no idea.

Horrible experience, I thought I would never experience something like that in my life, but I did... my package was OPENED, torn appart and just the content was put in the delivery box, with the front part of the box!!!! Plus I'm missing the invoice...I can' t even begin to describe how that makes me feel...

The most horrible delivery service I’ve ever seen. I’m waiting for delivery of my package second week already. Every morning they are sending sms that package is going to be delivered “today” and then they are not coming. They don’t care about customers at all.
