Najslabsa dostavna sluzba. Ne samo v Sloveniji, verjetno na celem balkanu.
Dostavljalci bi puscali paket kr 10-15 km vstran v nekih gostilnah, na bencinskih crpalkah. Ce reces da rabis doma da ne gres nikamor, zamaknejo dostavo kr za 1 dan ali pa za 2 dni kasneje- ker nimajo casa - KAO.

Box arrived damaged. notified the seller and they told me to take it up with the postal company.. Notified the postal company and they told me I have to take it up with the seller because the package "wasn't marked as damaged" (no shit)

I mean.. I guess everyone has the same experience. Must agree that this is the worst shipping company in Slovenia. They got my package from Amazon through Austrian Post and they didn’t send me any notification that they took over the delivery, nor have I recieved any message that they are going to deliever a package to me.. so I had to do the research through amazon where my package actually was. They at least answered the phone, we agreed that I’ll pick up the package personally, got the address and a phone number, but they didn’t answer, I couldn’t find the adress location… eventually after 2 hours I got my package but this was overall really frustrating.. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t decided to search for my package… I think it’s better to close this buisness for good.

njihov tracking info kaže dostavljeno, paketa pa ni. njihov support pravi, da naj pogledam v nabiralnik. kasneje pošljejo screenshot, kjer piše, da je paket dostavljen in istočasno napišejo, da paket še ni šel v dostavo. dejansko zgleda, kot da se se norčujejo

Worst delivery service in Slovenia. They don't even call you or ring you, even if you're at home at the time of delivery. They just send your package to the packing station for YOU to pick it up where YOU have to pay the fees of picking it up. Then they mark the item as delivered.

worst post service in slovenia. wouldn’t recommend. customer service is trash - i must say the lady is nice, but is lying through her ass.

In th past month they actually stole two of my packages. Tracking data shows that packages were delivered, but I never received them. They say that they will investigate the cases, but it takes 30 days!

I must agree with all comments here; one worst costumer service ever! I contacted them because 3 of my packages were pending delivery and I did not receive any notification. They sent me to pick up at place and when I came there, it was not there.
Long story short; costumer service was terribly rude, non helpful and in the end told me no to contact her anymore on her personal email (even if it was working email) and she did not even help me to solve delivery of those 3 packages :D

such a disaster....if you check their google rankings...it is 4.6 because it is full of fake reviews...but in short...the delivery guide never rings a bell...or call if they arrive with package..they just leave it in front of the door...not caring if somebody might steal the package.... such a chump company...this is in slovenia

It's incredible how poorly parcel delivery can go. Most people will write about bad experiences with delivery only, but the level of consistency at being terrible with these folks is incredible. I don't think much more could go wrong more often without making schoolkids do it as a chore. I had the majority of my parcels go through them over the past year or so and now I'm simply not purchasing anything without a guarantee that this company won't get to touch it. I simply don't want it if I have to deal with them again.

Customer support is never available and never responsive. Their website for redirecting parcels has been broken for half a year. Constant misinformation by couriers about dates of delivery, or where they left their parcels, or delivering them to a point they preferred instead of as specified.

They've marked two orders as "delivered" before delivering them, making refund processes with online vendors a major pain. Sometimes their IT systems prevents parcel deliveries altogether - I've seen a courier bring parcels to a gas station collection point and they wouldn't scan, so they just had to take them back to the warehouse. Parcels being delayed or delivered late by them is just normal.

The tragedy is that the understaffed people doing the work maybe want to do a good job, but can't afford to with the time they're given and for the money they're being paid and are anyway unable to because they don't have a functioning logistics app of the sort that you can literally buy ready-made.

Worst delivery service probably in the whole Europe.

The package will almost never be delivered on time (it can be delayed for several days). When the package will arrived, it will a lot of times be damaged. I tried to contact them about my delivery. And it took 20 minutes. There excuse for the delayed delivery was unexpected problem in Lenart (road was closed and their staff had health problems... what???). I would not recommend them. Avoid if possible. You are going to save yourself a lot of time and nerves.
