Kljub plačani poštnini kurir pakete redno dostavlja v paketomat namesto na dogovorjeni naslov. Po stiku s podporo so v enem primeru obljubili dostavo paket ni bil dostavljen niti po enem tednu. Kurir se na telefonske klice ne odziva in ne odgovarja na sporočila. Takšen odnos do strank je nesprejemljiv in zelo neprofesionalen. V prihodnje, če bo le mogoče se izognem tej dostavni službi.

Delivery driver does what suits him.
Only gave 1 star because there was no 0 option.
Guaranteed to cause completely unnecessary anxiety at every point.

Ne dostavijo paketa. Po 10 dneh še vedno ni odziva od njih.

3 times they were delivering me a package, 3 times a bad experience. The first time, it was delivered to the street with the same name in next town. Second, the driver didn't find the right route to the house (i can forgive that, though other companies don't struggle). The third, package was delivered in the parcel locker in the evening, despite me waiting the whole day for it-not knowing when it will arrive, since the time says 8.00-18.00.

Questa azienda è una catastrofe! Da una settimana che aspetto un pacchetto che dal numero di tracciamento risulta consegnato la settimana scorsa ma in realtà non è mai arrivato. Ogni giorno ho contattato il call center sia telefonicamente che tramite email e loro consapevoli che non abbia ancora ricevuto l' ordine , rispondono che verrò ricontattata dal corriere ma poi il nulla. Sconsiglio vivamente!

Najslabša izkušnja z dostavo. Kurir nikoli ne dostavi paketa na dom in sploh ne pokliče, da bi se dogovorili. Da bi vsaj paket izročili v paketomat, da ga človek lahko prevzame po službi, ga raje odložijo v lokalni trafiki Tridva, ki se zapre ob 16:00. Kako naj zaposlen človek prevzame paket do takrat? Popolnoma neživljenjsko in nesramno do strank. Definitivno ocena -1, če bi bilo možno.

even 1 star is too much. This has happened many times. I order smth and i get the link, so i can track. I click deliver to home, then magically after a few hours the delivery gets changed to Petrol or something. I called their terrible customer support and they said that i changed it and they see in the system that i have changed the delivery to petrol (i was sleeping lol) Terrible!

I was awake from 08:00 to get my package, then after 4 hours I get that the package is waiting for me in TRAFFIC?!!!! No call, no message, nothing.
Not even to call to ask if you are home, you lazy lazy people take it straight to the traffic.
Change the delivery if you are going to do it like that.
Many people complain about you not calling anyone!!

Garbage customer service, absolute trash of a site interface, they contact you the last possible moment. I could go on and on. Worst delivery service I've ever experienced.

Worst delivery service ever. I paid to home delivery but they didn't eaven try to deliver it to my place. They sent it directly to parcel locker. That happened two times in a row.

Porazno. Kljub temu, da sem imela plačano poštnino na domač naslov, je kurir paket dostavil na bližnjo bencinsko črpalko. Ko sem poklicala kurirsko službo in jim pojasnila, da sem storitev plačala in bi zato želela, da je paket dostavljen na moj domači naslov, so odgovorili, da imajo težave s pomanjkanjem kadra in da mi bodo paket naslednji dan dostavili na domači naslov. Paket na moj domači naslov ni bil nikoli dostavljen; premaknili so ga le na bencinsko črpalko v sosednje naselje. Ker so od tega minili že štirje dnevi, sem se tja odpravila sama in morala ob prevzemu dodatno plačati še prevzemnino. Popolnoma razumem, da imajo pomanjkanje kadra, a če vodstvo vidi, da se dela ne uspe dohajati, je na njih, da vstrezno ukrepajo in bodi si spremejo malce manj pošilk za dostavo, bodisi zaposlijo več ljudi. Zelo mi ježal, a tako slabe izkušnje z dostavljalsko službo še nisem imela.

The worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I always order my packages to my home address, yet not once has a package actually been delivered to my door. Instead, they randomly redirect it to a parcel locker or another pickup point without properly informing me.

Half the time I do not even receive a notification about where my package ended up, so I have to search through the app and guess where it might be. The last time, I redirected my package to a Petrol pickup point because home delivery “failed” again — the package was not there and was instead placed in a parcel locker, with absolutely no notification.

Now this was the final straw. For two days in a row I received messages saying my package would arrive, yet nothing showed up. When I called customer support, nobody could properly explain what was happening.

Completely unreliable, disorganized, and frustrating. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone.

One recent example among many: the courier placed the package in a parcel locker without any notification, even though we had agreed it would be left in the mailbox. After I complained that I never received it, they said the notification had been sent via Viber. Whether the customer actually uses Viber apparently does not matter.

Very poor experience with Express One delivery service. I had to wait an unreasonably long time for my package, which was already frustrating on its own. When the package finally arrived, the courier simply threw it in front of my door.

On top of that, the courier was disrespectful and unprofessional in communication, which is completely unacceptable for a paid service. Even worse, with my next package I no longer even have the option for home delivery, although it was previously available.

This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I hope the company improves both its logistics and customer service as soon as possible.

Terrible service and terrible costumer support

They dont deliver to your address, they dont call you, they just drop the parcel to one of their pickup locations.

A disaster of a delivery service! Definitely the worst delivery service I've had problems with for half a year and I filed a report with the market inspectorate because they can't do their job. They dump all the packages either in a parcel machine, or a newsagent, or even at Petrol, so that you pay extra for the services. They don't deliver any packages to the address for which you paid for the postage.
Some time ago I already had things in my cart in a Slovenian online store, when I saw that they had Express One delivery, I didn't order anything.
If possible, don't use their services because you will be disappointed.

Second time we have problems with their delivery! This time package is marked as delivered but nobody received the package…

Paket je bil že v dostavi, po spremembi na paketomat pa zdaj čakam 3+ delovne dni za navadno preusmeritev. (Edino pohvale customer supportu za hitre odgovore na mailu)
