My kindle was not operating and now it is thanks to ExpertHelp. Whenever I had a question, the tech answered it and made sure that I understood what I needed to do. He checked back with me almost every evening to see if it was working and reassure me that it was going to work if I followed his plan. He also told me what to do so that it would not happen again.

My problem was NOT sorted I am very angry about this and would like a refund. The account was closed to prevent any further fees being taken, perhaps you could send me a cheque? following further contact with me.

Really excellent expert (Elix I think was his name)! He was super patient with me and even went off-line for a minute to consult with his contacts at Linked In (I had a Linked In question) about my question. Ferdinand was very helpful with our problem refrigerator/freezer.
He helped us with the settings on our new Samsung frig.....and we reset them many times. But the settings would not 'hold'. They would drift off and start warming again and again. He called back approx 6 times....until 10PM. We followed his instructions and unplugged the appliance from the wall and emptied the freezer and then restarted it. It did freeze at that point while it was empty. But we did lose most of the food in the freezer.
He was very patient and thorough. Thanks for his help!!!

don't know how all the techs are but the one that helped me (Fernando) was outstanding. Very patient and knowledgeable. I could only wish all techs were that good.

Was a primary easy question but I liked the answer

Being a Word Perfect user, it's hard to find someone outside of Corel that can help solve WP problems. Ferdinand was able to give me insight on what was probably causing merge file problems.

The person who called me was very courteous and understanding and very quickly solved my problem.

They were quick to phone and there technical help was easy to understand. The problem was corrected within minutes.

I had a nearly unsolvable Facebook problem that they researched and provided a solution until Facebook fixed the problem. They kept my business up and running. He did a great job.
