Excellent company - great products and very helpful

Having scoured the internet for the best price for the Bose TV speaker soundbar, I discovered this website. I was a little wary, as I had not bought from them before - but it proved to be an excellent experience: not only keenly priced, but a rapid delivery where I was kept informed as where my purchase was, and well-packaged.

I can highly recommend Exceptional AV and will be using them again when I want to purshase another quality AV product.

Found, ordered and paid for an AV receiver/ speaker package + a premium for next day delivery and then read a few reviews which said after payment was taken (and chasing them), customers were told that the item wasn't in stock. After receiving nothing but an acknowledgment of the order in over 24 hours, I chased and was told, shock, the item was out of stock (as were pretty much all their speaker packages) and they only take payment in advance of checking availability because of security reasons. Apart from being a laughable excuse, this is a disgraceful business practice and it's baffling that they haven't invested in a system that updates stock levels in real-time so that purchases for unavailable items can't be processed. On a positive note, the refund was processed quickly but given this experience, I'd have no confidence in buying anything from them in the future.

The guaranteed stock item was not available, but I did get a fantastic offer, and over that the whole customer service was exceptional!!! Well done Guys!!!
