Very positive experience.Straightforward check out (and great price), item arrived well packed and on time.

I took a Sony Boombox to Joe in April 2026 it's now August 2026 , I gave him around 300.00 up front and like many other reviews nothing but lies and promises , he still has my Boombox and probably sold it , I wish I would of looked for reviews of this Liar and Crook , he's basically a thief ring and the cops let him do business , he must be giving them a kick back !!!!!!!!!

Excellent service and prompt delivery of item. Ordered 1, received 2, waiting on email response on what to do.

Instructed by Joe audio to return my item before July 28th or after August 6th, otherwise my refund may not be processed during that time. Item should have been delivered on the 27th but Joe audio instructed Royal Mail to not deliver it on that date so it was delayed until the 28th. I contacted them to ask if the postage delay would also delay my refund but received no response. Subsequent emails sent and a phone call made received no reply from Joe audio. I was also informed by the person who answered my phone call that they do not actually work for them and said someone would get back to me but they did not. Strangely, they did manage to email me in the meantime asking me to leave them a review but other than that, no communication. A refund was eventually received on August 7th. According to their returns policy, Joe audio confirm when returns are received, inspected and when a refund will be issued. At no point was receipt of my return confirmed. Maybe the person responsible for their customer service was away during the aforementioned dates, however, if that is the case Joe audio need to provide cover as no customer service whatsoever is unacceptable.
Unfortunately I can not recommend Joe audio and wii not be using them again.
