Waste of time the initial broker said my rental income is fine even it’s cash as long it’s paid into the account. Then after a million questions and right at the end you affordability doesn’t meet the criteria and we can’t include your rental income. Even though I offered security. And let’s not forget 18% interest rate…

Absolutely horriblr hortific company time wastrts even on home security could not get loan they look for their huge fees they dont bothet about client, they advertise reduce monthly paymenrs, when it comes to affordability they dont take into account some one want to clwar small drbts and they calculate affordability including them debts which person want to pay off what a nonsense waste of space

I did everything through the app like I was asked to do. I got a message back at 1533 on the 9th October 2024 saying a team member would be in touch and I have heard nothing and its now the 2nd of May 2025. Absolutely appalling service would give 0 stars if it was possible

Asked for amount of 15000 that was agreed in principle l have an out standing mortgage of £24000 house value at 180000/200000 thousand so a lot of equity there got a email saying loan ready for 5000 pounds don’t waste time with company
