Please don’t use this company they will ruin your life. In an attempt to consolidate debts, used them for a secured loan, however the monthly payments are extortionate, to the point I need to sell my property just to get away from this company. After paying off monthly for over two years more than £12000, the early repayment settlement is still more than I took out in the first place.

Terrible service from this company.
I sat for an hour with quite a rude and obnoxious individual initially who advised me that he had all of the information he needed. I heard nothing else for a couple of days so I contacted the company via email and received a call from another advisor who said their colleague had not saved the conversation I had and I had to sit for 1 hour and 45 minutes going through it all again. This was 3 weeks ago, after sending all of my personal information multiple times I have been told that my application is being sent to the funding team on 2 occasions. On Monday I received a call from another advisor who said the person I usually deal with is on annual leave and guess what, I was asked all of the same questions yet again and told my application was now being sent to the funding team again and I have had no communication again since. I wish I had to gone with another company who "pre approved" me like these lot did on Experian instead as they have wasted so much of my time and are clearly incompetent and unprofessional.

Evolution Money were very easy go work with from the initial conversation to the loan being funded it was a total of 6 days (including weekends) we couldn't have asked for a faster turn around.

I spoke with Joe today and he was really helpful and helped everything make sense.

The overall experience was terrible, whilst they were asking me in-depth questions about my financial situation he rudely interrupted and told me to stop and suggested that we can’t help you anyway. I thought this was terrible rude and arrogant. But if your desperate and I mean desperate give them a try, highest interest rates in the whole of UK.

Be very careful with this company!
They approved a loan for us secured against our house then then asked for a review which at the time I put at 5 stars as they were very helpful pleasant and everything was ok. However they did rush thing through which I did find a bit odd, and then when we read through the paperwork the interest rate was 35.58% and not even fixed! So reading through some more we decided to get a solicitor to read through it all as they advised absolutely NOT to go through with this loan as it was such a huge risk and that these rates are loan shark rates. So I have emailed 2x and messaged on the app to tell them we will not be following through on this loan due to the high risks I have heard nothing from them! Interesting that they now have ghosted us completely.
Please be so careful as we were put in contact with them through a company called Believe who have good reviews so we trusted what they advised us!
So I absolutely take back my 5 🌟 review!!
