Quick, hassle free and fast results

First time using them and the experience was good. I have booked two 'fit to fly pcr' tests through sampling site in Cardiff Asda car park for my parents on Sunday morning around 10:30 and the results arrived just before midnight on the same day. You need to register and login to trustone website or download the trustone app to see your results and download the 'fit to fly' certificate. Hopefully this will be the case again if I have to use them again the future.
Although I would say I was hesitant booking with them after reading some worrying reviews over here.

The people carrying out the test stood too close

Hi, I used the site in Cardiff for my test, friendly staff, good clear explanation of the process & I was seen at my appointment time, no undue waiting. Results arrived when I was told I could expect them. I also used the call centre again great service. I needed to change my appointment for my pre travel test and it was quickly done.

My self and my husband booked the tests separately , on line appointment made email confirmation went for test at a drive through site all done and checked by the staff my result was back in by 330 am my husband not when I checked his account he had not paid for the test . We rung trust one in the morning no help at all had to repeat test if flying that day would have not been able to . Their system should never allow the test to be done and staff check your details with out the non payment being identified could have been a disaster for us

Ordering the test was simple enough, the test itself was simple to do. The results were quick, within 24 hours, as promised. The person who oversaw the process was only wearing a cloth mask, the only form of PPE! We thought that maybe he should have more to protect himself and the people going to get a test.

The test I booked before my trip did not arrive in time. I got an appointment very swiftly at Eurofins test centre, the cheapest price on the market, got the result within 12h.
I had used them before for a home test kit (which had arrived in time), and the result also came back the following day.
Rapid, reliable, affordable, higly recommend them.

All OK. But the shed being used as the resrcentre in the car park could have been more noticeable and more inviting.
