After problems with trying to purchase on the website without any success I eventually decided to telephone which was extremely quick and the order was processed very efficiently.
The bike was delivered within a week and as yet due to the weather I have not used it yet.
My main reason for purchasing from Estarli was a friend who is a keen cyclist said it was probably one of the best cycles he had ridden.

We bought an estali longtail in November 2025, great bike, but unfortunately the front light failed last week.
Ben in their service department immediately sent a replacement front light which arrived the following morning - what a star!

The electronics and lcd screen on my L20 stopped working. Support was very quick in sending me a replacement for the screen and it was straightforward to install myself. Very happy with my bike.

I had a broken front light and lose stand on my Longtail cargo bike (it’s had 18month of daily schools runs all year round with basically no maintenance) and when I contacted them about replacement parts they offered to cover under warranty. Couldn’t have asked for more. Parts have arrived and I fitted them easily. Thanks!

The products are such good quality and well designed. I love my e20.7 Comfort which I bought two years ago and I have just purchased the storage box to house the bike in my soon to be converted compact camper.

Excellent product as usual from Estarli. These bags will be perfect to transport the bikes in our motorhome.

A**. Bike purchased at a great price through cycle to work scheme. Excellent post purchase service. Today have taken bike back for a repair. Repaired for free and Estarli even replaced the pedals and a crank for free. Really great bike and fantastic service. Thank you!

I have had the longtail for 14 months now. We’ve had a few hiccups along the way but nothing that hasn’t been resolved by the after care team. The stand was wearing and loose so I thought I’d purchase a new one. To be told they’d replace under warranty. Lovely to be reassured the after care is there so we can carry on our daily commute safely.

After sending first email, I had an email to say it has been received and they will send another email to ask what the problem is. After submitting photos on the email to answer questions I was offered a new back wheel which I bought. After chasing dispatch a couple of weeks later, wheel was finally in my hands. Apologies from estarli for delay.

Estali have serviced my 4yo fold up EV bike. They have been nothing but helpful, gone above and beyond to get the bike back to me without affecting my commute.

I’m a massive fan of these bikes, they can get me up incredibly steep hills with a child on the back.

Rapid response time and delivery of replacement part

Chose the e28.X after talking with estarli at the NEC caravan & motorhome show and purchased through the Cycle2Work scheme. Ordered mid December and delivered mid January. Bike is really well made, rides very smoothly and looks good. Appreciated the tool kit and instructions for how to set up out of the box. Very pleased - thank you!

Have had my E20.8 for a few years now and have had no problems with it at all. I just get it serviced each year to keep it in peachy condition. I recently needed something from Estarli and it arrived a few days later. An excellent company to deal with.

We bought our first Estarli folding bike in 2023 and shortly after a second. In 2025 we bought a full size 28.9. We've done over 5000 miles in total in bad weather, mud and extreme hills. We're very happy with the performance of the bikes and have had excellent support from Estarli. With a factory in the UK, any problems have been quickly resolved. And when parts wear out, they are typically not expensive to replace.

Cargo bike is brilliant

Ive had the bike for 2 weeks and it has exceeded my expectations really powerful assist when you need it and very easy to manoeuvre when I use it around shops etc
I may change the handlebar to the swept back option that will give me a more upright position as I have neck problems.
Overall can't fault it
