Bought Hygge Virum on cycle to work scheme. I have to say I'm very pleased at how effortlessly I can cycle up hills and the way it accelerated from standstill with very little pedal effort . Best e bike I have ever owned.

Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at køre en Vester Hygge elektrisk cykel i nogle uger, og jeg må sige, at det har været en rigtig god oplevelse. Cyklen er ideel til både daglig pendling og længere ture.

Motoren giver en jævn og kraftfuld assistance, især når man kører op ad bakke eller imod vinden. Batteriets levetid er imponerende og holder nemt til en hel dags brug, afhængigt af hvor meget assistance man bruger.

En af de største fordele er, hvor nemt det bliver at komme rundt uden at jeg bliver træt. Dog er prisen lidt høj (for mig personligt) men kvaliteten og komforten gør det til en god investering.

Just picked up my Hygge Vester bike and I’m seriously impressed. The design is clean and stylish, with a real minimalist vibe that stands out without trying too hard. It rides incredibly smoothly, whether I’m cruising through town or taking longer weekend routes. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it’s comfortable even on longer journeys. Very pleased with my Hygge virum delivery was fast and came nearly complete .The torque is very good much better than my last bike and can be ridden as a normal bike if needed as so light .Has the bonus of folding so ideal to take in car or camper van further a field.

The Hygge vestor is my first e-bike and had to hit some very important targets. Travel on rough tracks, be ok to peddle un assited on road, Carry my shopping, have a usable range, be able to remove the battery when leaving it outside shops, be foldable for storage and public transport and be an enjoyable bike to ride. It does all of these things with ease

I've had the bike (Vester) for a year now, and it's not very well put together. I've had issues with the main hinge catch breaking and now have to tie it to ensure it's safe.

Then I found that the bolt that holds the handlebar hinge has just fallen out.

I emailed them because obviously this is a rather large risk of causing serious harm while riding and was told they'd get back to me immediately.

That was a week ago.

I will not be purchasing from them again and suggest you think very carefully before you do so.

Great Customer service, purchased my bike (step through Virium)through cycle to work scheme, it arrived within seven days delivered through there courier service.
Bike was pretty much built when it arrived, just had to turn the handle bars and tighten some bolts.
Really nice bike to ride, simple folding process, always get comments off people asking about it.

My bike, the Losso, arrived on time and very well packed.
Easy to set it up to ride and all was very straightforward.
The bike itself is beautifully made and after taking it out on our Devon hills, I confirm that it's everything that I'd hoped.

Excellent reviews on ebike review sites led me to Hygge Virum ebike. Prompt delivery and ease of use with clear instructions. One of the lightest folding ebikes in the price range. Rides very well without pedal assist and feels very stable and solid. Excellent after sales service too. Loving it.

Brilliant company and amazing bike. It comes with so many useful features for, connivence, safety and commuting. Really couldn't recommend them more, very easy to deal with and delivery of the bike was unbelievably quick. I used the cycle to work scheme and it was so easy work out and they accepted the voucher instantly.

This EV bike is the best I've ever had having been one of the first back in 2007. It is so comfortable and easy to ride. It is a beautiful green colour and has a light, bell and storage rack as standard. I've had it for over a month, and ride about 2 miles 2/3 times a week and have yet needed to recharge. The breakdown to put it into my car is a simple flick of a hinge. I, as a 70 yr old woman can put it in the back of my car with ease. It truly is a joy to ride!

Ordered the Soro as a pre order through a cycle to work scheme. The process was very smooth. the bike its self is well constructed and easily durable enough for advertised usage cases. The electric assist is smooth and well calibrated. It has a good riding position for a 5'10" rider. The seat is comfortable enough to cope with the longer rides that the e-assist can provide. A couple of minor niggles. It is a big chunky heavy bike so although it folds it isn't a 1 handed carry. When folded the bike doesn't stand upright as the wheels are at different heights. The included kick stand rattles when going over the rougher terrain that the bike can easily handle. The battery indicator only displays in 20% increments and is biased to show lower than the true level.

The Hygge Virum Step-through folding e-bike has transformed cycling for me. I’m 77, and since acquiring the bike less than a month ago I have clocked up one third of my previous annual mileage in the hilly Scottish Borders. The motor offsets headwinds and flattens out the hills. I’m learning to use a gentle touch on the controls and have easily transferred my Garmin radar unit from my previous bike. One big point for the step-through model is not having to stretch a sometimes stiff leg over the saddle to mount the bike! And it’s a joy to ride

Hygge Bikes are a very good brand of e-bikes. I’d say, they are the very best in the UK.
They provide excellent aftercare. Trust me, when you buy from them, you are definitely in good hands; they will do their very best for you.

Great bike. Very solid frame and sturdy. Makes commuting to work a breeze. Battery life is pretty good. Although needs daily charges for longer journeys. I like the easy ride feel. Love how adjustable it is.Highly recommend.

I have a hygge vesta 22 model for my business been great but when goes wrong I've spent a lot time to get response , controller broke after 1400 km no help i have difficulty I didn't receive the help I needed now with out bike ,

I cannot recommend Hygge enough! My Vester bike is my primary and most reliable way of getting around, so when my battery recently stopped working, I was incredibly worried about how I’d manage.
I contacted their support team via email, and they responded almost immediately. After I explained the situation, they quickly diagnosed it as a battery fault. Most companies would make you jump through hoops, but Hygge immediately sent out a replacement battery, which arrived at my door within just two days.
It is such a relief to know that I bought my bike from a company that actually stands behind its products and cares about its customers. If you're looking for a "worry-free" electric bike experience, this is the company to go with.

I purchased the Hygge Vester after much research. Although I don’t live near a test centre Hygge offered me a trial 30 day test which I was very impressed with. I wanted a folding e bike but with fat wheels as I like to ride off road at times.
Andrea (customer services) was nothing short of excellent with her answers to my numerous questions and was so very helpful. The Hygge online chat was also hugely useful.

I am delighted with my bike! It arrived all ready to go and very well packaged. There was a slight issue with a very tight locking clamp but Josh from the technical department rang me and talked me through the small adjustment needed. He was superb…. Very quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

The bike itself is fabulous! I love the look and profile and the chunky tyres are great! I can’t believe the power of the assist meaning I can fly around hilly Cornwall now! Thank you Hygge for a superb customer experience and a quality and cool bike!
