Estarli 28.X Purchase-First impressions
Initially, I'm very pleased with the purchase of a 28.X .......
A few technical questions regarding the belt drive were swiftly answered in a telephone conversation. Very early delivery after placing the order, good delivery and packaging(front mudguard required a slight realignment), good quality recognised components on the bike plus a generous tool kit for assembly (though I would have appreciated a paper copy of assembly instructions). Time will tell regarding reliability, spares availability and customer care.

Appalling customer service
The bike itself is fine but the customer service is atrocious.
It takes multiple prompting to get them to say anything, they lie about times, and charge an enormous repair fee which just feels like they're holding things ransom.

We understand your frustration in waiting and for us not being as proactive on updates as you would have liked but hope we have bought this to a agreeable resolution
Replacing a missing item from our cargo bike
I submitted a query about replacing a stolen item from our Estarli longtail cargo bike. This was answered quickly and helpfully and the missing item was supplied to the bike shop. Really good service.

Spares for Drive train as was getting worn due to heavy usage.
Yep all good all items ordered arrived in a timely fashion and got them all fitted by the shop I originally brought bike from on annual service.

Don’t phone - email instead
Initially it was unsuccessful, as couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, then managed to find a customer service email
Once this was done, Chloe was on the case promptly and professionally

Very quick response
Very quick response, fixed problem asap. Had a couple of issues, one with a switch failing due to water ingress (so bike kept turning off and on) and the stand had got loose. Both were resolved quickly by them sending parts to swap with an offer of a video if I needed help replacing.
