This is by far the worst recovery company ever. I’ve been waiting since 5 PM and it’s been over 8 hours with nothing but lies about how “someone is already on the way.” What a joke! Completely unreliable and unprofessional — an absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent after sales service
Being in an accident abroad was very stressful as was the worry of not doing everything for insurance purposes correctly. The call handler, Lilly, was calm, clear and concise - I knew exactly what I needed to do next and why. She was professional but also friendly and helpful, I left the call feeling much better and in no doubt everything was in hand that needed to be.
