Great bespoke cufflinks
I ordered 2 sets of customised cufflinks, with 2 different photos for each set (so 4 in total). All of the photos came out really well. The engraved cufflink box for each set was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

Pendant is beautiful
Pendant arrived very quickly and is beautiful. Found it quite fiddly to fill with ashes, but well worth the trouble.

Terrible
Terrible. Strongly recommend not to order if staying out of the UK. We are based in Belgium and ordered rhe product 4 weeks ago and until now I don't have my package. Misleading marketing used online which makes you think you will receive your item in 3 days. Also no real information given on import tax. After paying 15 Euros for delivery still had to pay 30 Euros for the import tax. Absolutely not worth it.

We’re sorry to hear this. As mentioned in our previous communication, import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not something we can control or cover.
Our website also clearly states international delivery times (typically 10–15 working days after dispatch) and that additional customs charges may apply. We do not advertise 3-day delivery for orders outside the UK.
We understand the frustration, but this is standard for international shipments.
