Still waiting for order
I ordered a pendant, but the website doesn't indicate that the items are not shipped directly, but from another country (I'm guessing China). After a week, when I contacted the shipper, they replied that the order would be shipped within a few days. When I asked to cancel the order because I couldn't wait that long since it was a gift, I received an infomation message saying that wasn't possible. They suggested changing the delivery address, which, after asking about the delivery date, went unanswered. I've been waiting over a week for a response from customer service and over two weeks for the ordered goods.

Hi there — I’m really sorry for the frustration here, especially with it being a gift.
We can see that the pendant has now been delivered. When you asked about changing the delivery address we replied and waited for the new details, but didn’t receive them, so to avoid further delay we dispatched the order to the original address. But unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that are already being processed.
For clarity: we sometimes use trusted fulfilment partners to ship certain items, but all orders are managed by us and covered by our customer care. If anything isn’t as expected, please message us directly with your order number and we’ll help right away — whether that’s arranging a return/exchange or anything else needed to make this right.
I have not received my order yet :(

Very satisfied
I bought an engraved keychain with the date that me and my girlfriend got together. I'm very satisfied over how good quality the engravement was. I just have one pointer, the marking of the date makes it look like we got together on a sunday but we got together on a monday. Other than that I am very satisfied. Thank you!

An excellent service but product could do with an upgrade.
Order to delivery only took 6 days of my Black, Personalised Grave Marker "Rose Bowl."
As with previous one which was unfortunately destroyed by a grounds person and his strimmer the only shortcoming is the holed plate on top. Due to not being able to secure it a search throughout the cemetery is required to locate it's whereabouts after any strong winds.

Great customer service
