Delivery was on schedule
Delivery was on schedule. I would like to see inside the box before gifting it to my friend. However it’s not easy to
open. I’ve tried numerous times but it just wont open meaning I can’t comment on the quality of what’s inside. If I were to force it open then I’m sure I’d damage the box! Suggestion: take a photo of the inside and email it to the customer?

Our gift boxes are intentionally sealed to help ensure they don't open during transit and to keep the surprise intact for the recipient. We completely understand that this means you weren't able to view the contents before gifting.
Many customers are able to carefully ease one of the flaps open to take a look inside and then close it again without damaging the box, although we appreciate this isn't always obvious.
Thank you as well for your suggestion about including a photo of the finished gift. As every Petit Cube is individually handmade to order, we're not currently able to offer this, but we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Inedible chocolate
Unfortunately the tiny turtle chocolates had melted literally to liquid and were inedible, which was a shame as thought they looked like a nice gift.

Loved the concept! But the box was so difficult to open that if some one hadn’t have been there- my 80 year old mother wouldn’t have been able to open it

No hassle easy experience
Easy to select photos, pick any extras and have it all put together. Easy to get delivered on preferred day aswell. The only thing I would say is once I had made it I couldn't look back at the finished product
