We had a terrible experience with Embrace. Our 5 year deal was due to end and we needed to remortgage. We delt with Matthew. At first it was positive saying we would be able to remortgage and clear existing debts. After two months of calling and emailing for updates, Matthew responded informing us that he could not find a well known high street lender that we could remortgage with, that we would have to look at more obscure lenders. Another week passed with no contact. We recieved a phone from Richard and we informed him of the limited contact and updates. Richard advised that he would message Matthew and someone would be in contact. Weeks went by and we had lost all trust that Embrace could help so chose to find another company. A week later we had an initial fact finding appointment and in the days after a mortgage in principle with a well known high street lender covering all existing debts. We would not recommend this company to anyone. Leaving customers worried without any answers. No alternatives offered. Shocking customer service.

I am a first time buyer, and I had the pleasure of working with Lois to secure my mortgage. When I say “working with” what I really mean is I sent Lois what paperwork she needed and then I sat back and let her work her magic. Lois is incredible and she made this whole process extremely easy. I didn’t once feel stressed, as Lois handled EVERYTHING.
