Helpful, professional staff
The process was simple, starting with with my online enquiry. The case manager rang me the next day and discussed my requirements and sent me the best mortgage option. From there on, transferring my case to the underwriter, applying for the mortgage, carrying out the survey, legal process and to the completion stage, which happened quite speedily. What I appreciate most is that I was able to approach the relevant staff member with my queries without having to wait on the line for about 30 minutes, and the professional and helpful manner and attitude in which they helped us to connect with the lender to receive the funds we required. We sure will recommend Charleston Financial Services to my friends and we will approach them again for future mortgages.

Outstanding service
