Happy with the products but don't use Inpost. Along with Evri they are dreadful, dumping parcels wherever they chose rather than somewhere sensible and their proof of delivery isn't available unless you download their app. Their chatbot is also dreadful. Rethink your supplier relationships as I won't be ordering online with you again unless there is an option for Royal Mail.

After a lot of online searching I found exactly what I was looking for, to decorate our patio wall, on the Dunelm website. I went ahead and ordered 3 large garden mirrors via the App.
The App was easy to use and the mirrors were delivered two days later, I’d say that was pretty perfect service. Thank you Dunelm.

Ordered blinds and they were delivered really quickly. The staff at Radcliffe were first class. They explained everything. Will be ordering more.

A bit disapointed this time i shopped. What i wanted wasnt in stock. So i did click and collect. It was only small items. But it seemedi couldnt collect at my closest store. So what with postage dearer than i hoped for.. not happy

The product was as ordered but delivery took nearly 2 weeks so by the time it arrived it was no longer needed.

I have always shopped at dunelm and an experience today has prompted me to leave this review. I had an order delivered to my home and unfortunately something arrived smashed. I went on the live chat and within 5 minutes I was through to a human (Alexandra F) and the issue was resolved with a replacement arriving tomorrow. So many companies are so difficult to get anywhere with and Dunelm are one of the few doing this right. I’ll continue to be a lifelong customer.

I sent for a few curtain samples which arrived within a few days. One was perfect both in fabric and colour and I ordered a made to measure pair. The curtains arrived several days within the timeframe given. They are beautifully made and I am absolutely delighted with them.

Utter, miserable nightmare from moment order placed. Supposed to be a gift for elderly mother - turned into a 3-4 week battle with Dunelm to achieve delivery. Resolved only after I threatened legal action and after 24 days of repeatedly battling the Dunelm virtual assistant madness, whilst DHL failed to respond at all. Who has an hour a day to waste on virtual bots and hopeless staff (when you finally reach them online) who simply read from the same script, promise delivery and personalised follow up but nothing happens?. Most disgusting was the refusal to escalate my concerns either within Dunelm or with DHL - I was refused the right to speak to a manager despite politely requesting this and after three weeks of delays and two reorders. The offer of a £15 gift voucher a complete insult and in no way compensated for the sheer stress and time taken to resolve. Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

I am extremely disappointed by Dunelm’s “Kids Eat Free” policy and, more importantly, the way this promotion is advertised to families.

The promotional signage in the café clearly states:

“KIDS EAT FREE ALL DAY, EVERYDAY with every £5 spent in the café.”

Dunelm also currently advertises online:

“Kids eat free with every £5 spent.”

Yet when I attempted to use the offer, I was told that additional food, drinks and snacks I was purchasing for my children could not count towards that £5 spend and that I effectively needed to purchase qualifying items for myself instead.

Where exactly is that stated in the advertisement?

If Dunelm intends the £5 qualifying spend to exclude certain food or drinks simply because they are being purchased for children, that restriction should be stated clearly and prominently. Customers should not have to discover additional rules only when they reach the till.

“Every £5 spent in the café” has a very clear ordinary meaning. If Dunelm actually means “£5 spent only on certain qualifying items, excluding additional purchases for children”, then that is what the advertising should say.

I relied on the promotion exactly as Dunelm chose to advertise it. Families should be able to do the same without being placed in an embarrassing and upsetting situation because the conditions applied at the till do not appear clearly in the promotional message.

During the confusion caused by this policy, I left with two juices and two snacks that were not processed at the till. I have absolutely no intention of keeping anything without paying for it. I am therefore publicly asking Dunelm Customer Service to provide me with a direct payment link so that I can pay for these items immediately, as I will not be returning to the café following this experience.

Dunelm needs to clarify this policy and its advertising. If there are exclusions to what counts towards the £5 spend, state them clearly. Families should not be expected to find out at the till that “every £5 spent” apparently does not mean every £5 spent.

I wanted 8 Venetian blinds and couldn’t click and collect all 8 in one store strangely but managed to click and collect from stock in various stores. 1 set was defective but was changed without problems.

I love Dunelm products. They are generally of good quality. My house is full of Dunelm products so a big fan. My disappointment is that about 70% of staff have tshirts saying: I'm here to help, but when you ask them, they come across reluctant and unfriendly. I don't speak for all staff as a small percentage are lovely. I shop in Coventry and Rugby stores. Why is it this way...management? If this was resolved, it would be a way better experience.

Ordering is quick and easy. Delivery was on time. Delivery people where pleasant, took care of my property and placed the item where I wanted.

Wonderful service online to get samples 5 at a time sent by post. Bigger range to see,than in a Dunelm shop.
In the shop Emma and Ellie were v helpful booking the fitter and choosing pole and eyelet colour and keeping us informed on delivery of poles and curtains.
We would highly recommend the shop and service
Dave the fitter is so helpful professional and nothing was too much trouble. He came twice as the first time we had chosen different material, track and gathered style.
We then changed our mind to poles and eyelet curtains so Dave returned to measure again.

Patio chairs are useful as extra chairs on the patio. They are stackable and convenient to store when not required. Very practical and convenient. Service from Dunelm was excellent. They kept me informed when the chairs were delivered on time and in a well packaged cardboard box. Overall would certainly recommend Dunelm to family and friends as the service was very reliable. Contact on the phone or in person was polite respectful and helpful. Well done Dunelm
