New curtains measured, made and fitted by Dunelm.
Wonderful service online to get samples 5 at a time sent by post. Bigger range to see,than in a Dunelm shop.
In the shop Emma and Ellie were v helpful booking the fitter and choosing pole and eyelet colour and keeping us informed on delivery of poles and curtains.
We would highly recommend the shop and service
Dave the fitter is so helpful professional and nothing was too much trouble. He came twice as the first time we had chosen different material, track and gathered style.
We then changed our mind to poles and eyelet curtains so Dave returned to measure again.

Patio chairs are useful as extra chairs on the patio. They are stackable and convenient to store when not required. Very practical and convenient. Service from Dunelm was excellent. They kept me informed when the chairs were delivered on time and in a well packaged cardboard box. Overall would certainly recommend Dunelm to family and friends as the service was very reliable. Contact on the phone or in person was polite respectful and helpful. Well done Dunelm

Great product range, competitive pricing

My son purchased a rug to be delivered the timing was not convenient and I tried to call many times to Dunelm and the courier service they source out to, I believe they are called Panther Group this was the name on their email address. I did not received any reply, I also emailed the courier company, they did reply but only after it was too late to reschedule. The carrier arrived and were captured on the ring door camera, when no one was at home, the driver jumped over the wall with the carpet that was 13ft x 10ft and it appears they knocked on many doors until someone agreed to take the carpet in, who asks someone to take such a large item into their apartment, especially for someone they did not know. This courier company did not leave a note to say where the carpet was, therefore I had to knock on many doors until I found out that the carpet was in the upper apartment several doors away from my son’s
The carpet had to be lifted up a staircase. I visited Dunelm and spoke to the person who said she was in charge, I explained the situation that the people who took the carpet into their apartment were elderly late 70’s nearly 80 and I requested that they send two people to carry the rug down the stairs and along the street to my sons apartment, the reply was it was not Dunelm problem, it was the problem of the courier, my reply was that Dunelm took the £449 for the carpet, Dunelm organised the courier, yet it was not their problem. I wrote to both the courier and Dunelm but I do not feel they grasped the situation, two elderly people carrying this carpet down a flight of stairs, down the street into my sons apartment this is shocking, my son and I feel very embarrassed, sadly Dunelm and the courier company do not. I will never purchase anything ever again from Dunelm, they and their courier of choice are not professional.

I bought lovely fabric at a great price. Disappointingly
12 metres of fabric were send folded up and arrived horribly creased. Why oh why wasn’t it sent on a roll?

I ordered cushion covers online, but when they arrived, the quality of the material was extremely poor. Because of this, I decided to return them to the Basingstoke store.
To my surprise, the store refused to accept the return simply because I had opened the packaging. When I explained that I was never informed during the online purchase that opening the item would invalidate the return policy, the member of staff actually laughed in my face and was exceptionally rude.
Extremely poor material quality and even worse customer service. I definitely do not recommend this store.

My personal email address was added to an order incorrectly by a store.
It took me 110mins in a phone queue to speak to someone to check it wasn’t fraud or a scam.
I asked for an email to explain that it was an error and heard nothing. And o am still receiving emails for the rest of the order which isn’t mine and isn’t delivered to my address and feed back also !!
Shocking service

My review is not directed at the products from Dunelm but at the courier company they use and how difficult it is to actually talk to a human!
The first part of my delivery arrived after two attempts, even though i was home. The second part (2 pillowcases) was an absolute joke and it took away 3 hours of my life I shall never get back!
The courier company that was used was DHL, what a joke! Absolutely hopeless, could not follow simple instructions and 'lost' the parcel 4 times!
Impossible to contact via phone. Also same for Dunelm. Had to wait average 40 mins each time via chat.
Finally asked for a refund.
Unless Dunelm use a reliable courier I won't be shopping with them. Shame really.

Easy to use website with lots of brilliant offers. Excellent quality and value for money. Delivery is really quickly. Would definitely recommend dunelm

Picked up from Barnsley depot. Easy parking, friendly staff, didn't take much time, very happy.

My duvet set was delivered very quickly.it was well packed and the courier left it in my designated safe
Space.
It looks really nice on the bed and I love the fact that it is reversible.

I just love shopping at dunelm, there is something for everyone. One negative the prices keep going up.

The door mat was just what we were looking for. Excellent.

we bought 9 items at Kidderminster,a very helpfull lady helped us by logging the items on the self service counter.We paid by card,when we got out we checked our receipt,on item was over charged by £10.50,went back,only refund on my debit card,but not same day??
So we have to wait,this is second time at this store we have been over charged,and had to wait for a refund,why are management not held responsible for overchargeing??the price on the item should be same as receipt.

I would score less if I could.

I've had 2 issues over the past month where I have had to involve customer services and both times they have been really poor in helping.

First I ordered furniture and booked a delivery date and the furniture didn't turn up. No one could trace the order so it randomly turned up a week later and both items were damaged so I had to complain and get replacement parts.

Secondly I ordered some items for collection the next day, they then refunded me for one as it was then out of stock and wouldn't refund me to my card but to the gift card I used for a small portion of the order.

Really frustrating to deal with, I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

My order was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. Was given information after my purchase until delivery. The curtains I selected were beautiful and I was happy with my choice.

The items arrived quickly, were well packaged, and true to the description and were well priced.

Very poor, I ordered three items for delivery, each week leading up to delivery I received a message saying that a item in my order was cancelled due to stock issues even though the items remained on sale on the website.
