The bathroom cabinet has a chip in the mirror/ glass on the top right hand corner. The doors don’t fit properly.

This was my first Dunelm purchase. I bought these sets of CURTAIN POLES from the Colliers Wood branch in London and drove almost an hour and a half to the customer's location. When I unpacked one set, it turned out that it was missing key mounting hardware. It was a disaster. I tried to save time and call to see if I could get replacements at the nearest branch, but unfortunately, no one answered, and each call was rudely ended after a dozen rings. That's a full half-hour of trying. And that one set was a waste of £40. I wouldn't recommend shopping at Dunelm to anyone because I'd be incredibly embarrassed.

The size curtains that I wanted were not in stock in the store. The lady ordered them for me online she was very helpful. They arrived on time and were as expected. Nice quality and of good value.

A good range of products at reasonable prices. The website is easy to navigate and the purchase process was simple. The items arrived quite quickly and were well packaged.

Amazing as per usual expect nothing less from Dunelm.

Shocking customer service when my elderly Mother went to pay for her items.
She stood in the queue as she didn't want to use the self serve tills. Assistant then came and starting to scan the shopping at a self serve till then passed the scanner to my mother and told her to scan the rest herself. She then asked if we were together, when i said we were she responded with " you just need to scan the rest" then went to serve another customer.
Almost felt bullied into serving ourselves.

The staff were ALL talking at the Front Checkout and when I asked them about my Click & Collect Order, they told me to go over to the Click & Collect point and enter my Code. I did this and waited for the Staff Members to FINISH their Talking/Laughing before 1 of them got my Order - I will tell EVERYONE Not to use your Services.

Ordering & delivery were fine. Products very disappointing

I like this store, and I want it to do well.

However, I’ve lost many hours attempting to reschedule my furniture delivery due to the fact that there’s absolutely no one to speak to.

It was the same when I had an appointment for fitting shutters. I couldn’t reschedule it and the person turned up when I was away. I felt bad, but there was nothing I could do.

I don’t know what will happen to my furniture delivery, but I shan’t be at home, so it’s deeply frustrating.

You’d think in their own interests they’d make it possible for you to reschedule deliveries or at least speak to someone about a delivery.

I bought a Bromley chest of drawers. It arrived in good time, however upon opening the box it was damaged beyond repair. I phone customer services the next day, they were helpful and managed to arrange for it to be collected and a new one sent out.

A new one arrived more damaged than the first one. So I’m returning and never buying from Dunelm again. Also it takes 2 weeks to get a refund. It’s a joke

The website was easy to use found the items I wanted easily. They were ready to collect from store quickly too. The staff member on collection was friendly and polite. An overall great service!

The staff in the ready made section of Dunelm in Colchester couldn't do enough to help us, informative and so pleasant, they made the whole experience easy and stress free. The delivery and installation was so professional, no mess, and every effort was made to please. Thank you all.4

Don’t usually have anything negative to say about dunelm, do most of my house shopping there, but recently bought curtains online using their click and collect service.

Unfortunately they didn’t have the product so they issued a refund. But i had to go in store to find out, they’re website said it would be ready after 2 hours. Had i not gone into store I probably wouldn’t of heard anything from them.

Not happy as they made me wait just to tell me they dont have it.

Delivery was prompt and goods were intact and they were the items that I ordered.

Ordered 12 Perfect Fit blinds.
Unfortunately 1 set of measurements went awry between measuring and their custom construction so the blind was a metre short.
Callum, the Store Manager Newport IOW, got straight on it, ordered new ones with express delivery.
Exceptional ownership and customer service. Very refreshing.
