The helpfulness of the staff on the till and back room)shop floor personnel -Chloe.
From getting help to get click and collect order thd old fashioned and to my way of thinking, the best method-had no internet connection, this could not proceed automatedly.
Got my goods with a happy to help smile and can do attitude.
Retail needs more people like this not machines.

Said they had dispatched the order 3 days ago and now received an email stating the item I ordered wasnt actually in stock, which is strange as it was supposed to have already been sent. The item is also still showing as in stock on the website so maybe the stock control isn't good.

Really enjoy shopping at Dunelm. Easy parking, good prices and great variety of products. See you again soon 😀

Item was easy to order for collection at the local shop. Staff at the shop were very helpful.

Every purchase has been impressively easy to make whether online or in the shops. The online orders were confirmed immediately and delivery dates informed by emails and successfully kept.

I unfortunately placed an order to my previous address. When I asked the online customer care if I could change the address or cancel I was told no as had been processed (not shipped) and will have to try and return this. It’s going to the wrong address. How will I return it.

A product i ordered turned out to not be in stock in the store so they had someone bring the item to store from another one and rang me personally to let me know.

I spoke with Mandy at the Derby store who went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service when the product I was looking for was the last in stock. She is a star and an asset for the dunelm store!

Product ordered was fine but marked down due to Evri delivery. Initial order was in depot for several days. Dunelm sent replacement when first didn’t arrive. Product was left outside, driver didn’t ring the doorbell. Evri delivery is terrible in this area. I wish we had a choice of courier and were told who would be delivering, before placing order. I won’t be ordering from Dunelm again due to their choice of courier. On the positive side Dunelm did refund postage.

Hello Dunelm Team, I have been shopping with you for years now either in store or online and have always found a great variety of affordable and good quality items which last considerably well. Having recently moved to a new home I have been purchasing larger items online & delivery has been exceptional and on time. Thank you.

I ordered items and they were going to be delivered 18th August.. it's 28th and I'm still waiting.. There's sign of it being delivered..

One of the products is a noticeably different colour, despite all being sold as the same colour. 2 of the picture frames arrived with the wooden frame cracked. Usually have good service from dunelm but this time was very poor.

Ordering on website was easy and curtains arrived promptly. They were as expected from website information and the fabric sample previously ordered, except that the seams on some of the curtains were more noticeable than I anticipated. On closer examination it could be seen that the pattern wasn't so well aligned making the join more noticeable.
I made the mistake of choosing standard lining, thinking I didn't need blackout for a lounge but the standard lining is too thin.
I received more than one review request but was put off by terms and conditions on the other one.

The staff in Dunelm were so helpful and very patient as I was there several times getting samples of curtains and they explained different options on sizes etc. I went for made to measure curtains and they are so well made and look really good in my lounge. Very happy!

Quick and easy to order online. Great quality glasses for price and fast well packaged delivery.

We got a message on Monday to say delivery was going to be on the day after, Tuesday so we waited in all that day and it didn't arrive, each time we checked it still confirmed delivery would be on that day , then about 9am the message changed to the day after Wednesday without an explanation or an apology .It was delivered Wed mid Morning! The item received was absolutely fine but Dunhelm, your delivery service is crap and we wasted time waiting for it.

Writing this following some really good customer service from Dunhelm.
Dunhelm picked up on my missing parcel without me having to reach out to them. They then issued a refund without fuss and provided me for an express delivery code for when the item is back in stock. Although disappointing my parcel was lost, the prompt customer service means I have no concerns shopping with Dunhelm again.

Ordered a made to measure blind. Helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who took the time to deal with me.
