Part of my order was never delivered and I have not been able to get in contact with them or the delivery service for this. My delivery came in three parts and the other two arrived fine and have been good but the bedside tables claimed to be "delivered" and upon chasing up many times, phone calls have led to no where, messages have gone into the abyss. Money just gone into the bin.

Has anyone else had an issue with home delivery? I know it’s not a large
amount & the only option I’ve had for the goods purchased was home delivery at £3.95. However , it’s not home delivery, I have to jump in my car & go & collect my item from an Inpost locker ! This has happened to me twice now. When I spoke to an agent where I was 61 in a queue, he told be that I’ve selected Inpost delivery. But I haven’t selected Inpost deliveries with Dunelm. My contract is with Dunelm , not with Inpost. If my only option is home delivery & I’m paying for it , I expect it to be delivered to my home !

very slow customer service time on answering over 10 minutes.

I purchased four "Perfect Fit" blinds from the Dunelm branch in Wellingborough and paid £500. The person who came to install them broke one of the blinds during the process, and one was missing from the delivery. When I called the Wellingborough branch, they promised to resolve the issue as soon as possible; however, a month has passed, and I am still waiting. One of the replacement blinds they sent arrived missing as well. When I spoke to a customer service representative, they mocked me and stated that the installer had no availability, offering an appointment a month later—before hanging up on me. I did not get what I paid for; if I am paying, I expect proper service, but Dunelm failed to deliver that. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. If you are considering buying blinds, I would advise you to think twice. Thanks, Dunelm.

I had a delivery today from Kenny and Roger. They were exceptional and successfully got it in through a very tight space and in very hot weather. I am 5 months pregnant and they made this a stress free experience. You’re absolute gems and I hope you get some recognition for your hard work! Thanks again!

Easy order process and prompt delivery, bought for Mum in Law who is really pleased with the bed side cabinet.

My experienced was experienced. When we have these experience, we wonder..."What other experiences could there be?" I terms of this case, it suited me well. It is Rock hard like me. Perfect to smuggle a hot Asian out of Japan. Of course, I joke but you could.

Ordered curtains online, great selection and fabric was of a good quality. Collected in store and was ready within the given time frame.

Don’t bother ordering sofas they take your money they confirm the order then the day before delivery they send a text cancelling. That’s with us double checking by phone that they definately have the sofa in stock.
Happened twice now no phone call no apology shocking! If I could give them no stars I would.

I ordered a cream throw from Dunelm,I have bought throws from them before and I've been pleased with them.This time I ordered a cream throw and when I opened the parcel there was what looked like 2 big black footprints on it ,looks like someone has wiped their feet on it, not what I expected from Dunelm. I won't be buying from them again

I have used Dunelm on quite a few occasions online and I have always been pleased with their products and service. If I have any issues with a courier not delivering it is always sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Delivery was quick, the cabinet is excellent, for the money cannot complain, and I can lock it to keep the little ones from rummaging through my model supplies so all is safe. 10/10

Assembly instructions easy to follow, would recommend read through all of instruction book before you start.

Was looking for new bedding at the Carlisle store well it can be a mind field so Deb the assistant was awesome so helpful found all we needed thank you 👍😎
