Why no SABC channels on catch up
1st all, DSTV doesn't the 1 star i gave, it's just that i am not given a choice to give 0 star at all, this is the worst company ever, all SABC channels are taken of catch up or else i pay payed, i am givin Mzansi channels of which i hate, i now see why people a resorting to Netflix and others. DSTV NEEDS TO CHANGE ITS WAY OF BUSINESS, OT REALLY IS NONSENSE IS THERE ARE THIS MUCH 1 STAR RATING, BAD REVEIWS.

Am a client with dstv for more than 19 years and am still struggling to my stuff to work account on wifi is paid in full but they can't connect my data but quick to take my money.
Dstv is getting worse by the day no wonder people are changing to Netflix or Prime or antly other streaming channel.
I will not recommend Dstv at all stay away go and get yourself a TV Box much cheaper and no hassle because Dstv only wants your money but not helping if you a problem.
DSTV is spamming me
DSTV is spamming me with calls; more than 5 in a single day. Aggressive telemarketers trying to sell me decoder upgrades, insurance and even funeral policies. They have also sold my data to 3rd parties, in violation of the POPI Act, because I am getting other spurious calls as well: calls that simply hang up, bogus consumer surveys, and robot calls. Opting out on the Direct Marketing Association website doesn't help, or indeed the suggested personal info management option on MultiChoice's own website. Multiple engagements on their Facebook page, several telephone calls and emails to their contact centre have brought no relief from this harassment. DSTV is losing subscribers by the droves, and their reaction is to mine their database aggressively, and illegally sell our personal information.
DSTV, and their subsidiaries and associates, can improve on this situation by not ever calling me, and not selling my data to 3rd parties.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A DSTV ACCOUNT SINCE BEGGINING OF THE MONTH ... 2 JAN 2024 they moved my installation 3 times and no one wants to assist Tried calling , WhatsApp and online chat ... These people like wasting. time and not doing their job . Since when must a client call to follow up multiplies and still get nothing done ? haven't even activated my package on my account that's how slow and useless this service is . I recommend avoiding this whole place for your own sanity .

DISAPPOINTED K-POP FAN
Why are does Trace go on such long commercial time during the K-POP hour and for the other time slots it's regular. I was very happy when Trace added the K-POP hour as I am a huge K-POP fan but all I got was disappointment .I mean even the songs that are played during this hour are not satisfying, they repeat the same songs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I mean the K-POP industry has so many songs and artists to choose from but no they choose to play the same songs .This is very disappointing to say the least , I expected more from Trace. And sometimes it's not even an Hour , why say that's it's K-POP hour if it's cut short. Please stop this inequality and please play more songs not just the same ones eveytime it's K-POP hour .

I don't understand how to put a hour slot for kpop hits on trace urban whereas you only play 6/7 songs the entire 1 hour and not even an hour as you broadcast more of the advert and not play kpop songs, ontop of that you gave a hour slot but when there's 20 minutes left you don't play kpop songs but American songs on the very slot you said it was for kpop.... Please fix this as we as kpop stans want to enjoy watching the kpop hit songs slot.
