I never leave reviews but just had to for this company! Panic ordered 2 photos to honour loved ones that have passed at an up coming family event this weekend and they have just arrived less than 24 hours after ordering!! I did pay the more expensive shipping in hopes they would arrive in time but I don’t think even Amazon deliver to me in less than 24 hours!! So so impressed!! Photos are great too! Thank you!

I ordered and paid for processing and scanning and received an emailed order confirmation, then posted the film by Royal Mail first class. When I hadn’t heard anything after 9 days, I emailed to check. No reply. Then another mail after two more days. No reply. Fortunately this was nothing important, just some test shots, but I’ll never use DS Colourlabs again and warn everyone else not to!

OK, fair's fair. My scans arrived three days after I wrote this review, and they were fine, but it took a total of 16 days and there was still no reactions to any of my emails. So I'll give them one more star but still not recommend them.

BTW, not that it has anything to do with DS Colour Labs, but these were tests to compare one of the best film out there - Fuji Velvia 50 - with digital, using same Nikon lens. Digital won by a country mile, not surprisingly, plus I had finished, edited files ready 16 minutes after exposure, not 16 DAYS! And at zero cost compared to a total of nearly 60 quid for film, processing and postage of ONE film!

We had a disappointing experience with DS Colour Labs when printing our wedding photographs. Despite using a professional wedding photographer, the photos came out significantly darker than expected and were not the quality we had hoped for.

Unfortunately, when we raised the issue, DS Colour Labs and the photographer blamed each other, leaving us caught in the middle with no satisfactory resolution. It was incredibly frustrating and upsetting, especially as these photographs are such important memories for us. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

This week I needed some mounted laminated prints for a festival this weekend. There was a bit of a misunderstanding about how soon they would be delivered but as soon as I rang and spoke to Andy, the team really pulled out all the stops to make sure they arrived in time. Thanks and full credit to the team at DSCL

I have placed previous several orders with them usually got no problems or either can be solved within few email conversations. I have placed 2 orders lately with larger fine art prints. The previous one was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing delivered. They responded to me randomly that has been delivered. The order status still shown not yet shipped and I have nothing about tracking. I put the same remark for my current order they have no problem with the previous one but have problem with the current one which annoys me. The customer service is random. You don’t guarantee to get a genuine reply even if I am a loyal customer have spent thousand of pounds.

I genuinely am blown away by the quality of my prints, the fact that (on the more expensive delivery) they came next day and they were boxed rather than rolled up.

The company were recommended by a friend and honestly, if you're wanting enlarged prints, they are a fraction of the price of some other companies but the quality and service is so much better.

I ordered a print 40x40cms. I wasn’t even sure I had ordered the correct thing as I’m not an expert on graphics and finish’s. I was soo pleased when it arrived. It was perfect! The quality and the colours are amazing and I’m looking forward to ordering more prints.
Delivery was prompt and packed well.

I'd been looking for a reasonably priced A4 image printing provider. After spending hours going through instant print websites which kept coming up in searches and are totally unsuitable I stumbled across DS Colour Labs. Thank goodness I did. Good price, good quality, and 24-hour turn round. Just what I was looking for. Well done!

Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt. Unfortunately one of the images had marks on it. Response to communication was prompt and the image was replaced within a matter of days. Is was a pity about the marks but the images were of the high quality I had been anticipating. I placed another order and experienced the same excellent service and no marks this time.

Superb service. From upload to production service was one day. Well packed 20x20 print, great quality and price.
