Image came out too dark I can see detail on the original that is not visible in the print Waste of time and money- replied to my complaint asking if my screen is calibrated as theirs is. Not at all helpful. Would not recommend and will not use again.

I ordered 5 images to be printed and they were dispatched the following day. Unfortunately they use Royal Mail who took 3 days to deliver them despite me paying almost £6 for the service.
The actual prints were very good quality.

I was experimenting with two separate 35mm cameras after many years of digital use, both films were processed PDQ and i had them back in under a week with digital copies sent to me within 48 hours of them getting used films in the post!

Very very poor received these pictures rang up to be told they don’t look at individual prints they don’t check them as you can see I had it on the screen with their colour card they sent me ..The lab manager refused a refund he said I could resubmit the pictures. But as I stated I would get the same result …I send them to DNA In Worthing they were fantastic !! I would like to add photos but the owners have this turned off I wonder why

I used DS Colour Labs for the first time recently following a recommendation from a fellow photographer. I ordered a colour calibration chart first and downloaded ICC profiles from their website and I can honestly say that I was very happy with the resulting prints.

My order came quickly and I was emailed regularly to keep me updated during the process.

I would happily use DS Colour labs again.
