Generally the service was great the only gripe is that i selected a size for a collage that the store did not have a frame for so I had to go to a separate framers to get the collage framed, It would be helpful if the website actually made a point of letting a customer know before the order is made that the store didn't do frames in that size

Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the overall service, although we understand the frustration of finding out that the size you selected wasn't available for framing in-store. That's useful feedback, and we'll pass your suggestion on to the team to see how we can make the framing options clearer on the website before an order is placed. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
