Very helpful and honest information. Very competitive price. Because of transit damage I do need partial replacement and am still awaiting some information about a date for replacement though.

Good service, good products. I've bought two kits from drumstop they have both proved excellent buys and were both delivered on time,when I asked. I would recommend drumstop to anyone. I've also visited their shopnnumerous times and always had good service.

I went on line to find the best deal for some silencer pads for drums. The cost was cheaper even with the delivery cost. What was most amazing was the speed of the delivery. I was prepared to wait an extra couple of days so didn't opt for special delivery price. To my amazement the pads were ordered very late Wednesday night and delivered by 2pm on Friday! I thought I wouldn't get them until after the week-end. DPD the courier service used,was amazingly efficient! Exact time slot and it was fascinating to track the process from order to despatch to delivery on line Definitely a fan of Drumstop on this occasion.

I was informed that my product was unavailable so I was offered an alternative for the same price, the alternatives differences were explained and I ended up accepting that product. I am extremely happy with it and the team were helpful and emailed me back quickly.

I found the website easy to use, both in finding my item and in placing the order. I placed my order late in the day, to my surprise the item (bass drum pad) arrived early next morning. Well packaged - no problems.

Drum kit delivered within less than 24 hours of being ordered. Everything we ordered was delivered and in perfect condition.

I don't think that a week for delivery is acceptable with loads of next day or 48hr delivery options available.

I ordered a drum set from drum-stop with my US credit card, and shipped to my UK address. This raised a little issue with the bank(s), and Joe politely emailed me with the problem. I explained, and it was fine. But the personal touch was very nice, it wasn't just some automated email telling me to call them because of "a problem with the order" or some such nonsense.

Anyway it worked out, the shipping was amazing. I'd never before received an email when my package was about to be delivered! The courier was exactly on time, and everything worked out wonderfully.

Considering drum-stop had the best price on the kit I wanted is reason enough to vouch for them, but their site, customer service, delivery, and range of products means I have to give them 5 stars.

Got the Drum head through the post in the timescale stated in the order. Cheapest price on the net for it. Packaging left a little to be desired tho, compared to when I have ordered from other stockists in the past.

Drum stop gave me useful advice on a drumming equipment matter without pressure on sales.
