After ordering online I received a phone call to say that the drum I had ordered was unavailable. They had gotten in touch with the supplier and were able to discount a different drum on my behalf for the inconvenience. Very impressed!

And the service was very quick . I did request an afternoon delivery but received several text messages to say the package would be delivered in the morning by
Courier , this frustrating as I work mornings and they insisted they needed a signature - I then received a text to say it would be delivered between 10.45 - 11.45 , I rushed home at 13.00 to find the package left in my back garden ... I'm not complaining because I was happy for the driver to leave it but wondered why they insisted on a signature on delivery ?

From the very outset, a simple and easy buying process. I even managed to sort oit finance and set up a direct debit payment online. Very pleased with my Pearl Vision drum kit and have already recommended drumstop to my friends. I wont hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Ordered from drum-stop quite regularly. Despite a shipment from a hardware supplier I was contacted immediately by Joe and a replacement was sorted quickly. Also next day delivery was organised for me. Excellent service all the time.

They have a fantastic website with high quality pictures, i seen some videos but it would be good if they had more.

The employees are fantastic and if I had a query they'd email me back pretty quickly. What I do like is the 'Special Requests' box when you're checking out, I'd always request something silly like a smiling face, they'd do it without question!

I got a drum kit for my sons 10th birthday. I was unsure whether to buy an acoustic or electronic drum kit so rang and spoke to a member of staff. They were really helpful. I ordered the drum kit and it arrived the following day. It was easy to assemble and my son loves it. Fantastic service.

The guys at drum stop are always really helpful, I am a beginner and from their knowledge you can tell these guys are not, however basic my questions are, they are keen to help. From the recommended cymbals, stands, sticks brushes and heads they have supplied, my kit already sounds so much better, the help with setting these up has been so helpful, seriously you're not alone with Drum-Stop

Very good communication and service in general, although I did still have to pay the full amount for delivery, despite the package being delayed due to stock. It did not matter in the end, because I needed the equipment for a recording, which was well in advance. It wasn't clear whether the delivery charge was a standard charge though.
In general though, very happy with the service I received.

Products are cheaper than competitors and they provide great service and super quick delivery! Would recommend to everyone.

I have made the move from electronic drums to my first acoustic drums. I used drum-stop to understand more around options and considerations and found the website and information really helpful. The add on options, like set up, are nice touches, and the wide range of additional drum accessories were far too tempting to ignore. When I did speak to them they really knew their stuff and were helpful. No delivery issues whatsoever too

I bought a drum kit for my son for Christmas. Having found drum-stop on the website I phoned them up, they gave great advice, were very friendly, not pushy, and as the drum kit was in stock they were able to deliver the next day. Fab service!
