Drum-stop were friendly and efficient. They double checked the item was in stock and ready to dispatch whilst I was on the phone. They sent a confimatory e-mail immediately and the next morning a text and e-mail was sent stating the one-hour time slot for delivery. It arrived promptly and so the whole process was complete within 20 hours. Excellent service.

Being a semi-pro drummer living in Somerset isn't easy if you want to buy drum bits.........Even the county town of Taunton is bereft of a retailer of drum sundries. Having tried several other on-line suppliers, all of whom have let me down, mainly with the supply process, I found Drum Stop several years ago.
Their range of stock is very comprehensive, with prices being competitive....and, most importantly, delivery of purchases has so far been excellent.

This suppliers site was great and delivery was excellent.

I first ordered a Remo Powerstroke Pro 22" bass drum head. This arrived in acceptable time, however the box said Evans on the front, with a label saying 20" EMAD. Why? I was so close to returning it when I decided to open it up, discovering the Remo head inside. This was both frustrating and confusing, as there was no letter with the package to apologise for the packaging, or even the correct label on the front of the box.

I then purchased a Evans Double Pedal impact pad several days later, an email then followed that (Thursday) evening thanking me for my purchase and informing me that my delivery will be with me within 1-2 working days. I was expecting the package on Saturday, but never recieved an email telling me it had been dispatched. Obviously I was confused and this made me slightly angry. I never received an email. All of a sudden the package came through my letter box on Tuesday. 4 working days?! Not a single email?!

Not a good experience. However, I am happy with my products.

I would recommend drum stop to anyone wanting but drum gear. I ordered a set of Mapex drum cases, after searching the web drum stop were the cheapest. After placing my order the cases were with me in a couple of days well packaged

Used drum stop for the first time this month and have had truly superb service from the beginning. The team are great at helping you out (and do actually call you back) unlike many other companies.

Price matched a set of Paistes for me and delivery was quick and tracked.

The supplied stand snapped after a day (manufacturing fault) so I contacted Drum Stop who quickly asvised what to do, and even offered me the abuility to upgrade to a more solid product for the difference.

I couriered the part back and then phoned me back the next day, remembered what I had asked and sorted out taking the payment difference. Next day my new stand arrived.

completely hastle free service and also now with the knowledge that If I have a problem they WILL get it sorted!

After having a nightmare trip from Grimsby to get to Drum Stop (sat nav playing up) it was all worth the trouble. A well stocked shop with top brands, something for every grade of player. Ended up taking a DW performance kit home. A few days later i ordered a Gretsch kit which arrived promptly. very happy with both kits, since then i have ordered bits and bobs which also got delivered promptly. This will be the only shop i use from now on, Allen Jarvis drummer with The HouseShakers

A Brilliant service, a great company to deal with. Will certainly use them again. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
