Drum stop had the parts I needed that I couldn't find on elsewhere online and in shops. They were very well priced and dispatched very quickly

Bought my first drum kit from these guys a few months ago, and wanted to ugrade my cymbals. I asked for their advice in deciding what to get and, as with the drums, they were really helpful - quick, friendly, and informative replies. Took up their recommendation on cymbals and I'm well pleased with them - they're just what I'd hoped for. They processed my order in great time, so I had them 4 days later. Thanks guys! No doubt I'll be back!

In my books these are the go to place for anything drums. I bought from them before, recently a snare and it arrived before they estimated!!! If they don't have it in store or online they can probably still get it for you. Great bunch of guys, would definitely recommend :)

The particular drum throne I purchased from Drum-Stop was the cheapest price by comparison. I was also able to take advantage of the Facebook friend request discount which took a little off the delivery making it a win, win. The delivery was the quickest I've ever experienced anywhere. I made my order and it was delivered the next day! Very prompt! All correspondence (the little that was required) was prompt and professional.

Found this company very helpful and efficient. Easy to deal with and keen to please the customer. Had a problem with one of two items not being in stock but they offered an immediate refund or the option of waiting a couple of weeks. I liked the fact that they notified me immediately up front and gave me good options.
Delivery was good and the company they use kept me informed prior to... and on the actual.... delivery day. No waiting in for days and not knowing what day it would arrive.
It actually turned up on my doorstep 10 minutes into the predicted delivery hour. Brilliant. Good experience all round.

Pre-ordered my kit from here and the whole experience was great. Even though I ordered it online I made a few calls to the shop and each one was dealt with in a really friendly and helpful manner. My kit arrived way before the due date and I was called straight away to let me know. It was shipped immediately and even the link to the courier company let me track it's progress right to my door...brilliant.

Ordered the goods on a Saturday, got receipt of the order immediately, confirmation of the order being processed the following Monday, confirmation of dispatch on the Wednesday (first class).

Ordered a drum for my kit was dispatched the next day and delivered the following day. So delivery is very quick and I found the item to be reasonably priced

Very quick and smooth. Order despatched right away and arrived next day with DPD, who kindly confirmed day of delivery and then the hours of delivery in the morning.

I mistakenly pre ordered an item, not realising that it wasn't in stock. If I'd realised I wouldn't have done it because I ended up waiting a long time. Anyway, the item was due in stock last week so I called to check despatch details and was told that there was still a delay with the product being delivered from the manufacturer
Drum Stop apologised for this and sent me a product of higher value than the one I ordered to make up for my inconvenience. They always make the effort to provide a good customer experience, which is why I shop from them for most of my drum gear.
