DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!! Ordered, paid… parcel went missing. Contacted them and I had to follow up with their courier service which advised the parcel was missing/lost. forwarded correspondence to Drug supply store 3 times to not get a response from them at all.

Please be aware of this scammer website, they're complete fraudulent scammers sitting in india and selling imaginary products. I placed order and chat with them several times about my order status and they keep delaying without any reason. Finally i called their fake number which USA toll number purchased online and calls are getting diverted to india. They're completely scammers please don't become their prey and avoid them at any cost it's completely fake nothing else.

Absolutely appalling. Made a purchase in 25th Jan 22. It never arrived. Emailed but no so I wrote it off as a scam. Just today I again came across the email confirming my purchase so I thought I'd give it one last try. Found a live chat option on the website which I hadnt seen before. Agent confirmed purchase and my details but said they have no way of knowing if it was ever refunded and it was my fault for waiting a year. The response kept coming back...its been a year. Apparently the obligation to provide any level of customer service has a short date stamp with this company. So end result, no product, no refund, no accountability, no honesty. Live chat was just terminated by the agent. Not a decent company to do business with.

Pretends to have a British store but ships from USA so orders take weeks to arrive. Useless if you're in the UK so avoid.

Ordered needles for my syringes 11 days ago and nowhere to be seen, I tried to log into the account they made for me without my consent but could not, get error msg saying I have to request a new password, 6 times at least I did that and every time their system said I did not respond within the allotted time. Must be allotted 2 seconds. Tried calling and texting, nobody answered the text and all I got calling was voicemail which was not returned. They got my money and I want it back. This business looks like nothing but a fraud!

I don’t know why all the bad reviews. I received my order about 1.5 weeks after they shipped it (I’m in Canada so it takes longer). No issues. Plus the bandaids stay on (unlike the store ones I bought),definitely recommend!! (The only thing I’m disappointed in is when I go on the website it says that it recommends not to use the website as it’s unsafe. I would love it if the company would rectify the situation)

Awful, I ve ordered insulin syringes. Got conformation of shipment and tracking number. Next day they cancel my order due to unforeseeable circumstances.

They are bloody thieves. They will never deliver your order. They take more than 28 days to deliver and they provide misleading information for there products. There item description is always false. Dont trust them . just order from somewhere else if it cost bit more also. you will losse your piece of mind if your order from here. My order number is #944335. I should have seen there negative reviews before ordering. Now i am regretting

They were very quick at shipping. But, conveniently enough for them, requesting a return on an order results in an “internal server error” on their webpage - even after attempting over several times distanced days apart.

Order a jobst garter belt And paid $29.64 plus tax paid paid $5.64 to ship it back ..they refunded a partial payment back of $23.71 back telling they charge me for shipping they had to pay even though it was free…I would never buy from this company..

Scam company!! Don’t order anything from them. Just loose money for nothing. Why they still in the market when they are cheating people?

Incomplete order received today. Not recommended

I placed an order for £49.83 including an £11.91 shipping fee, drugsupplystore.com promptly took the funds from my account. Drug supply then proceeded to cancel the majority of my order apart from £7.96 worth of goods and an £11.24 delivery charge without informing me and issued me a refund of £30.63. When I questioned what was going on they informed me the majority of my items were out of stock, I explained that they need to cancel my entire order as I was not willing to pay £11.24 delivery for £8.96 worth of goods and they told me it was not possible as they already sent my incomplete order without my consent. I believe it's a breach of contract to take money for items that are not in stock and then proceed to send an incomplete order without my consent and no intention to fulfill the rest of my order. Looking at other reviews this company are obviously fraudulent scammers and should be closed down

Was literally called a Karen for stating I would be contacting BBB for my money back since the item they were supposed to ship to me never arrived. Verbatem: "lol good for you karen"

I ordered cologne they took my money and then said order cancelled and now no one is answering at customer service.. After two weeks I have still heard nothing back or have I been credited my money back. Now they have my credit card info!
