Avoid this company. Website doesn’t work well at all and they don’t respond to emails. Had to file a dispute with the bank to attempt refund.

How is this company still in business? I ordered insulin syringes with needles from them a while ago and just now got a package but it's only the needles. Tried calling and they don't answer. I emailed them and they want me to send it back to them (where I have to pay shipping). NO WAY

I had trouble placing an OnLine order and thought the order had not gone through so I repeated the order. My Account shows 1 order received & shipped. Today I received 2 duplicate packages to my surprise. No one reached out to question a duplicate order placed within minutes to avoid such an issue. I called and said "I will keep the products rather then ship them back to you, would you give me the courtesy of crediting 1 of the shipping charges please. Answer No. No courtesy. No apologies for not catching a duplicate order. Very COLD manner.

Ze leveren niet. Maand later nog steeds niks ontvangen en de track en tracé staat nog steeds op dezelfde status als de eerste dag.

Drugsupplystore immediately charged my credit card and claimed the order has been shipped. However, the tracking number provided is non-sense, the customer service does not respond, and my package never arrived.
Total scam business. I recommend staying the hell away from these criminals.

Ik heb begin january een bestelling gedaan voor Tylenol PM.
Hier heb ik +/- 125 dollar voor betaald, prduct + shipping/handling.
Jammer genoeg is dit product nooit langs de douane gekomen omdat het onder de medicijn wet of zo valt.
Nu ben ik me bewust dat ik misschien eerst had moeten nachecken of dit product het land in mag of niet maar toch vind ik dat als je een bedrijf bent zoals Drugsupplystore, je als leverancier / zender ook bekend moet zijn of een bepaald product wel of niet is toegelaten in het land waar het naar verzonden wordt.
Zeker als het om medicijnen gaat waar schijnbaar Tylenol ook onder valt, je als bedrijf je eerst toch moet checken of een product in een land is toegelaten.
Komt nog daarbij dat dit bedrijf ook nog eens nergens op reageert of stelling neemt.
Product is betaald, het bedrijf heeft de 125 dollar en de klant moet maar zien of die de bestelling krijgt of niet.
Dit alles samen is een erg slechte service en geeft dit bedrijf een onbetrouwbare reputatie.

They cancelled my order with no explanation. I contacted them to ask why and they've not bothered to reply. I wouldn't recommend them, unreliable.

EDIT 23/12/23: It seems that my irate email telling them to unsubscribe me did work.

I started making an order but thought to check Trustpilot first. I have no interest in dealing with this company after reading the reviews. I did not make an account but did enter my email to check the shipping, etc. Now I am receiving emails from them reminding me that I need to finish my order. When clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the email I'm taken to a "This page isn’t working" page. I have emailed telling them to remove me from their list. We'll see how that goes.
Run, don't walk from these shysters.

i ordered a product in august, now its november and still didnt recieve my package. i claimes my money back, the customer service either not answering or if they do apply, they are writing in such an insulting way. worst experience ever.

Scam I reported them and called my credit card company they are the biggest scam I’ve ever seen they will lie and say usps didn’t scam the item in but usps says it doe not stay pending for 9 days or even two days and that they checked the package and the item was not in the package please save your troubles and money

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! This is by far the WORST online experience I have ever had. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Disgustingly rude. Go somewhere else. "Customer service" insulted me over and over again when my package was delivered to the wrong address.

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst t.wv. €23,- op 11-8-2023. Kreeg meteen een track & trace code van FedEx. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik op 1-9 een mail met betaalverzoek van €9,75 (invoerkosten) van PostNL. Deze betaald en vandaag 5-9 de bestelling ontvangen. Ik werd een beetje huiverig van de reviews van DrugSupplyStore maar ik heb mijn pakketje netjes (en nog vrij op tijd) ontvangen.

Hice un pedido hace 6 meses y no me a llegado. Intentas contactar con ellos y no hay respuesta por su parte, una vergüenza. Son unos estafadores.

I ordered one small item from this business. Less than $5. The shipping was over $12. That was on Aug. 9th. Today is Aug. 24. Just chatted with someone from the site that said my order had been refunded. Haven't received an email, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Anything that could go wrong did. I placed an order Nature Bounty Cranberry capsules. I received an email confirming the order and the status was "shipped". Well not so fast. I was charged and then credited. The order showed shipped on the USPO website. I called several times and finally spoke with a person who claimed to be in the US but the connection and difficulty with English lead me to believe the Company is not in the Midwest if the US. I would never contact them again.

I placed order on the 25th June and has been sitting with customers since the 3rd July the have been ignoring my messages or the last few days so you don’t know what is happening if I don’t here anything over the next few days I will pull my payment back as I pay by PayPal for a quick refund.

Truly awful company, potentially a scam. I cancelled my order and was still charged. I have not been given a refund by the company. The customer service is the worst I've ever received- Rude language and bizarre aggressive punctuation used by them via email. As a Doctor, I am truly worried that customers of this service may be vulnerable people. Should be shut down.

Stay away from this sh!t of a website. Didn’t get what was pictured. I called and called finally got someone who was actively living in India. She said to send an email. Surprised I got a response, but a smartass one at that from someone there. I replied and was met with a message send failure response. As their email address was disabled not allowing a reply that I wanted so badly to go through.

Did not recieve what i order, scam company Google should not let companies from india advertise in USA because there is no recourse.

I no longer use DrugSupplyStore, I had done so for years with a good service then suddenly it all changed. Shame.
