the worst online experience I have ever had. waited more than 2 months for my order, and yet haven't received my items. very poor customer service, keep stalling and setting dates waiting for me to forget. how did a drug store expect that someone will wait for more than 2 months to get his order?
fake tracking number. they are unreliable.

Rude customer service rep. Sent me wrong product and told me to just send it back, for no refund and buy a new product? I asked for an exchange she said 'No, again...' and repeated herself. Rude.

DO NOT USE. AVOID AT ALL COST.
They are thieves and scammers. I did not receive my order and when queried the witch of a customer rep kept lying and then eventually claimed it had been delivered and insulted me. I wish I had read the reviews before buying but the website looked ok and I was desparate, no out of pocket and no product. The website should be removed

IT'S A SCAM, SHIPMENT NEVER ARRIVES, YOU NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.

Terrible company! I ordered 20 gauge needles from them, which I use to administer fluids to my dog. The package arrived completely smashed! No bubble wrap or anything to protect the box! I tried reaching out to customer service, and they told me I'd have to send it back to get a new box. I told them I wasn't going to do that, as I needed to use the needles. I asked for a partial refund and no response. Luckily the plastic covering around the needles was intact, or the mail person would've been pricked!

Sold expired hair product (confirmed lot code with manufacturer) that was more than 5 years defunct. Attempted for months for them to honor their "defective" return policy. No response. SCAM. Likely selling stolen goods based on the lack of service.

This website is a scam, i ordered a product from there website and 2 months later it hasnt been delivered. I asked them what has happened they answered me 2 weeks later saying the shipment was sent back to them. So i asked for my money back, they said this is low priority and they will send me my money bank when they get the delivery back. 5 months later, nothing.

I had a horrible experience with this company! They told me they had product in stock... not true... they never delivered the products and kept telling me they would ship in in 2 days and then 2 days later they said it would ship in 3 days. They never have anyone to answer the phones or respond to emails. DO NOT do business with them they are a SCAM!!

Satisfied with my order, never received an email from them about order was paid or any shipping delivery information.

Same story.. Order placed, fake tracking number given and no products show up.

Ordered natural ice cherry lip balm on Saturday, used Fedex ground and it arrived Wednesday. Transaction was flawless

Still no goods. Not replying back, they sent tracking number that does not exist.

Luckily paid with PayPal, had to wait another 21 days to get refund issued.

DO NOT USE

Placed order for the first time a month ago. Credit card has been scammed 8 times (over $2k). Tracking in confirmation email is invalid.

Save yourself the time, money and effort by not using this fraudulent company.

Should have read previous reviews before ordering. Order placed and confirmation email received but no sign of goods, although they did manage to take my money. As others have said, this site is a total useless SCAM. Certainly would not recommend it to anybody.

I never received what I ordered a couple of months ago. I wrote several times before getting an answer which was an invalid excuse. Still nothing delivered.

Hello, so yesterday I placed an order and I didn't receive emails indicating the shipping date. Please find me a solution, my order number 881516

I actually wish I could rate them a "0". When placing an order from Walmart.com results appeared of a tin of balm I needed. When the product arrived, the tin was crushed and most of the product was unusable. I requested a refund and below is the response I received.

We have never sold you anything expect this one item and it was shipped out in perfect condition. So no we don't care about your experience with Walmart because we are not Walmart, sorry you are confused.

Ik heb al maanden geleden een bestelling gedaan welke dus nooit is aangekomen. Ze beantwoorden de mail wel, maar telkens krijg ik een link van fedex, die niet opent en geen informatie geeft. Ik bestel hier nooit weer. Geen aanrader!!!!
