Dealt with Aaron at the Taunton store of Dreams - very knowledgeable guy and good to do business with - not a pushy salesman and not all the usual sales chatter, just good honest advice.

We are suspicious purchasers. We try and avoid salespersons. Dreams assistant persuaded us to try their test bed without pressure. It was an odd experience but gave us a list of mattresses to work on. Having eliminated one due to personal preferences, we were led to the first, which was ideal but the assistant insisted that we try several including mattresses of different hardness. We went back to the first one. She was very well informed as she had visited the factory and seen the whole process.
The delivery went very well and efficiently. A most impressive purchase.

Great reception at the start, followed by a careful demonstration of what we needed. The paperwork was dealt with easily. At a convenient time, the bed was delivered and set up perfectly. Care was taken by the delivery men. Very good service.

Great service, plenty of time to try out different mattresses as well as the electronic sleep prescriber which tells which type of mattress is most suitable.

The sales assistant Tricia couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and was very knowledgable about her products and has very likeable and engaging personality, a credit to the store. It was a nice that we felt that we were not being followed around the store by a salesperson in pursuit of a sale, unlike we have found at other stores.
The whole experience was pleasing and very professionally conducted, we liked the apparatus to identify the most appropriate mattress for our body types.
We would definitely consider returning if when we need to buy again

Were were served by Philippa and Aaron at the Taunton store. Nothing was too much trouble and they were both very patient with us as we probably tried every mattress in the store before finding one we liked in conjunction with the bed we were buying. They offered us drinks and went above above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Philippa went through the paperwork thoroughly to make sure we understood everything fully.
Follow-up calls with both of them and then Tricia when we had to make some small amendments were excellent and again, nothing was too much trouble.
The delivery guys, Tom and Joe were also top class. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to explain fully all of the features of our bed + mattress and after sales service available to us, insisting that if there were any problems, no matter how small, to get in touch and all would be sorted.
We would highly recommend the Taunton store and staff to anybody thinking of buying a new bed or mattress. Many thanks to everybody involved.

Aaron from the Taunton store was super helpful from when we walked in. We used the sleep match machine to help determine what mattresses to look at. Aaron offered us drinks and took around various mattresses and gave in-depth explanations for each one. Aaron gave us plenty of time to explore all the mattresses to narrow it down and didn't pressure us at all (good quality to have). After finally whittling down to mattress we wanted Aaron took us through all the paperwork seamlessly and clearly. Thoroughly recommend Aaron in the Taunton Store.....just be sure not to fall asleep on the mattress though as there is a 3hr limit on the carpark.
