The bed was an amazing quality and price. Justin was very good. However there were issues around delivery resulting in last minute cancellation. However, the company compensated me by sending me some lovely pillows as a kind gesture of goodwill.

Called in again to confirm our choice of bed, and they accomodated our need to wait for a delivery day.

My fiance and I Went to the Dreams in Taunton. To browse for a bed and a mattress and after browsing alittle bit a lovely lady called Tracey ( I believe) came over and the experience just got better and better. She was lovely, patient, funny and her knowledge was great.

She had to pop off again as she was the only one in. But then Semret joined and took us to the Sleepscience area.

This thing was like a spa treatment and measured & weighed us to find the perfect mattress to buy. ( the only thing I struggled with was trying to not to fall asleep)

We then browsed the right mattresses and eventually in true Goldilocks style found the right mattress. ( and what a bargain we got).

All in all an absolute blast and you’ll never leave thirsty as they offered us a drink 3 times.

One of the best experiences I could ask for.

We went to the taunton store where we were greeted by a lovely lady called Debbie, she helped us find not only the right mattress for us but the right pillows as well. We had our 2 children with us and they were entertained by a colleague of Debbie's and had a hot chocolate. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything, Debbie also was very friendly and professional. We did however end up buying a sealy airflow memory foam and sealy side sleeper pillow and corsham ortho D mattress. Can not wait for it to come. I would reccomend this store and Debbie to anyone. Thank you so much Debbie ❤️

All round a good experience, the Mattress is awesome, sleeping much better, the Delivery guys were also great, good communication, took care getting it up the stairs, & also went the Extra mile & tool their shoes off in the house, witch was really thoughtful,

Good professional service and nice range of mattresses.

Wouldn't buy from here if you paid me awful customer service. Our mattress failed in less than 6 months and they won't except that a whole end has collapsed. My partner has just had major surgery and we have a new born baby really don't need to be fighting for good customer service.

Our idea was brought to life by a 1qqqawonderful member of staff, who not only understood our needs, made it a very plesant experiance.
Usually in these type of shops you are smootherd by a member of staff.
