We had what I would say at least, a very difficult room to reach, with a sharp 90° up a steep set of stairs, followed by another sharp 90°.
The guys were very polite although after the first few minutes then less experienced one started negotiating with the other that it was impossible. However the more experienced of the two insisted it was possible.
I am not proud to say but we had a bet on in the family if it was even possible with a 50/50 split for those for and those against.

To all of our amazement, although there were a few light paint scratches on the wall, they managed to get all of the boxes up the stairs.

Don't supposed you do bed removals as well for whenever we might move out?

(We have no issue with the paint as we are currently in the process of repainting the house)

Great service from start to finish, store manager remembered what I was looking for from a previous visit and the bed was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery time was fine as well as installation and well worth the fee. Bed has been excellent and finished off our new bedroom perfectly. Have used Dreams before and would definitely recommend.

Spent more than an hour in the store trying mattresses having been on mattress tester. I chose my frame and mattress. Best of all the super fitters Robson and Deanne. They built my bed, but treated my home with respect. They were not slip shod or shoddy. A welcome pleasant surprise to have such decent and thoughtful, efficient work people. They are a credit to the organisation

I purchased a Therapur gel 3200 Kingsize mattress from Dreams in Maidstone on the 20/02/20 at a cost of £1300. In 2022 I went into the store as the mattress had developed a large ridge down the middle. I was told it only had a 12month warranty and as I hadn't taken out the extra warranty there was nothing they could do. I returned to the store again this year as the mattress had collapsed on both sides where we get out of bed each morning.I was told that Dreams only offer a 1 year guarantee and to take it up with Therapur. They could not supply any contact details and I was told to Google it at home.I tried that and there was nothing online so I contacted them again and I was told it is part of the Sleepeezee group and to contact them. I contacted sleepeeze and was told at the time of sale the mattress would have had a 5 year warranty.I put this to Dreams and was told at the time Dreams only provided a 12 month warranty so I can only assume the extra warranty Dreams mentioned, which was chargeable, would have taken it up to Sleepeezes free warranty. Dreams agreed to send out an engineer to inspect the mattress and he reported a manufacturing fault and he told me there were known faults on the mattress produced at the time mine was manufactured. Dreams refunded £850 and retained £450 as a "service charge" Circumstances made me accept their offer. Absolutely shocking.
